This is the 3rd time someone has just left a notice and didn't bother to knock, and when I call to reschedule, they just have me sitting on the phone until it hangs up, you guys are terrible

I really like the Cleveland st. Clearwater Post Office. They have great staff and customer service. I have been going there for 20 years and 98% of the time the customer service is fantastic, and professional. I always notice when people treat you with interest, courtesy and want to give you the best service. This Post Office should be commended or rewarded for their customer care. I really appreciate what they do and how they do it to help me with my postal services I need. That includes the PO Box. It is a great service. Well done!!!!

This post office is the absolute worst location ever! I recently moved out of an apartment and arranged to have my mail held at the post office for a couple weeks. I wanted it held at the post office because I was expecting something extremely important and I did not want to have it lost or stolen. (I thought the post office was reliable and trustworthy! Boy, was I so very wrong!!!!) Over the course of 3 weeks I visited this post office once maybe twice a week and only ONE SINGLE piece of mail was ever held for me. So I went to the old apartment and checked the mailbox and no mail was ever in the box. So the mailman must have continued delivering my mail to the old address and now SOMEONE HAS STOLEN MY CHECK FOR $1,000 along with all of my other mail !!!!!!!!!!! I have tried to call this location (17 times in a row to be exact!!!) and not one time did anyone pick up the phone to give me an explanation on where my $1,000 check is and where all my mail is from the past 3 weeks!!! They clearly aren't holding it like I requested!!!!! They obviously continued delivering my mail. So who knows who has MY $1,000 CHECK!!!!!!!!!!! AND NOBODY AT THIS LOCATION CAN GIVE ME AN ANSWER! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU NEED TO MAIL ANYTHING THAT IS VALUABLE AND IMPORTANT! I GUARANTEE YOU IT WILL BE LOST AND NOBODY WILL GIVE YOU AN EXPLANATION OR ANY RESOLUTIONS!! As I'm typing this review up I am calling them nonstop. It rings so many times it ends up giving a busy signal after 7 minutes of straight ringing. This place is an absolute joke. I'd be ashamed if I was the supervisor here.

Had a bad experience here when coming to pick up a package. I had a few simple questions regarding it and when I asked the employee behind the desk by the name of "OZ" before I could finish speaking her response was "Yeah I don't care".Walked out and had to deal with Ebay support to finally resolve the issue and go back to the post office. All could have been avoided if my question was answered but instead had to deal with this unprofessional employee at 9:37 AM.After going back to pick up the package again at 2:00 PM she was sliding my fragile package and kicking it around rather than using a dolly.

This place is a joke. Got a mailman who has been delivering us wrong mail for over 2yrs. I call station and they say he is dyslexic so nothing can be done. Keep getting wrong mail

I had recently ordered something online not realizing it was getting shipped to my old address and was already in transit for delivery. Thank God for USPS website I was able to change my shipping address! I was worried that USPS wouldn't get the notification on time, for the change of address but sure enough they did! Super excited and happy my package was delivered to the right address on time and in one piece. Thank you!

No one ever knows anything..."Supervisor" included. They don't even TRY to look into matters. God forbid you need more than a stamp. I have never seen so much laziness/nonchalant people (who are actually paid to "work") in my life. Absolute worst.
