I found a car listed on line for a 2016 Buick Enclave by this dealer. They produced a clean CARFAX and assured me the car had not been in an accident. As I live over 1000 miles away, I spent $180 to have it inspected by a third party. The third party inspector found that it had been in a serious front end accident with air bag deployment (through Autocheck) and the inspector found obvious physical signs that the car had been in a accident such as misaligned body panels. I have serious doubts that the dealer was being honest in his assurance that the car had not been in an accident. They wasted my $180 and much of my time.

Sold me a 2022 Ford F350 said it had a light accident and not to worry truck is fine. I bought it and found out the front axil is bent and the repairs are $9,800. They ghosted me. Also see a lot of reviews saying the same thing happened to them. George is a dishonest man and this company needs to be shut down. Beware and do not buy from them.

I just wanted to share what an awesome experience my husband and I had at USA cars. They were honest right from the start, the prices were extremely fair.. they fixed a minor issue on the van before we even came back to officially purchase the van and then after the closing they sent a check with additional monies of overpayment when they sent the plate in the mail. You really can’t get any better than that. Truly. Props and much respect to this wonderful small business! We will be back for the next one! Thank You!

I DO NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle from this place. I went to test drive a vehicle on Saturday and told them I was interested, but I wanted a mechanic to do an inspection first. They said they would take it to a dealership and have them inspect it and then call me back. I told them I would pay for the inspection because I was genuinely interested. A couple days pass and I call them back to see if they got it inspected and they told me they sold it. If you want to be screwed over, this is the place to go to. They don’t know how to run a business. I’m honestly shocked that they have positive reviews, but let this review be a red flag.Edit: the dealer DID NOT suggest or even mention a deposit until after he told me it was sold.
