I called the store today, February 9, 2024, 5:15 PM. A woman with a Spanish accent answered the phone. I asked her a few very simple questions politely, but she had the rudest tone I’ve ever heard. It got very rude after I said excuse me when I didn’t understand the question she asked. Such a pleasure it will be to visit this UPS store on my upcoming vacation.

Excellent Staff and Service. Clean and Well Ran. I use UPS Access Point shipping on any online orders that offer it... Always selecting this convenient UPS store. Luckily, I discovered the Capital One Shopping App. Which offers UPS Access Point Delivery as well as Rewards Points on any credit card I use. Bonus, with Access Point I don't have to worry about the dreaded Ontrac delivery drivers stealing my packages... again.

Convenient location and easy Amazon returns. Unfortunately it’s right next to the trash dump for the plaza so you might get a whiff of pungent trash on your way in or out. Also, always keep a copy of your receipts. Sometimes there are issues with Amazon not receiving returns.

Very bad service, the tall white blonde guy has a horrible attitude with the public. I’ve arrived at 2:30 pm (the Store closes at 3:00 pm the weekend) to return some Amazon items.The guy look so upset and put the music loud at the store, then he was cursing low but I still can hear him, he was really unprofessional.I wonder if the manager of the store can see this but this is not normal.

If I could’ve given them zero stars I would have. There were three females in the store at 1:37pm and three customers. One at the desk being served by one of the females and two standing in line, waiting to be served. I listened to one of the employees discussed with the customer that her package was not there and it wouldn’t be there until Monday and instead of her just leaving they decided they were going to search for it and then when it wasn’t there, and it was obvious it wasn’t there because it was supposed to be quite a large package. Another employee decided to help the search and discuss that maybe it would be there later in the day. Like I have nothing to do all day, but watch this it was like watching paint dry. No one even acknowledged me, and all I had to do was drop off an Amazon package , avoid this location at all costs. I truly think there was something wrong with all of them. I left after five minutes of watching them talk literally five minutes watching them talk about a package that might be there later in the day, but it was supposed to be there on Monday! My mother use to say stupid can be contagious….I didn’t want to catch anything

Hours are inconsistent. I've been here before and it seemed like they were quite busy, however, it appears they are inconsistent with both their hours on Google and on their front door. I showed up today and their doors were locked.

Walked in to for a notarisation- as have done many times. 3 staff in an empty store. Tell us he is not doing notarisations today.. because “they got an email from corporate “ was informed that amscot on gulf to bay come highly recommended and offer a 24hr notary service. While not claiming to be a connoisseur of local notary establishments, I would proffer: this UPS store has a strong odour of weed with undertones of belligerence

I went on 6/20 to return equipment from Frontier. I had the QR code provided and the worker said she could not take the return and that I needed an order number. This was not true. She didn’t attempt to scan anything. I went to the store in Dunedin and they took the return in less than a minute. Do better UPS. You wasted my time.
