Excellent, fast service with Amazon returns. I read the other review about someone who had a bad experience with an Amazon return and apparently just that one UPS employee really needed retraining. I have only had good experiences here. Everyone has been very helpful in my experience. But I’ll be cautious about Amazon returns after reading that one review about that employee who clearly didn’t know how to handle the situation. If you read the Amazon instructions, you’re not supposed to repackage the item. You’re supposed to let the UPS employee handle that. If it came in a bag, you can use the same bag, but you repackage it. But a little bit of customer service skill would have gone a long way with that situation, and telling them it would be $10 for tape is ridiculous. I have only had excellent experiences at this location. But honestly, now I’m a little concerned. Good customer service is extremely hard to find these days.

Practically worthless customer service. Went to do an amazon return in the original packaging and was told “sir per ups regulations we cant ship this”. Asked if they could help me and they wanted to charge me $10 for some tape.

I had a pre ordered phone the package was scanned into the clearwater facility twice and 5 days later it magically doesnt exsit i would recommand never using ups or companies that use them i know i will never do a pre order with tmobile ever again just to avoid having touse ups

Messy dirty store. Amazon packages everywhere. Only one worker who clearly did not enjoy her job. There are several UPS stores to choose from. I suggest traveling the extra couple of miles to another store.

Would give 0 if I could - rude employee, honestly I think she was the owner of the store. My transactions went fine but I witnessed hostility directed towards two other customers. Wish I would have said something in the store but I was in shock by the blatant rudeness

Closed early, literally locked the door 6 mins at least before closing. Wouldn’t event talk to me and has zero customer service.

The lady that was in charge was the rudest woman I ever encountered. I hope something was just lost in translation but I highly doubt it. Absolutely horrible!!! I'll never go back!!

The lady who saidshe was the"owner" was unwilling to help me try to locate my package and would not even take the UPS tracking number to look it up. Also she put me on hold 3 times then just hung up on me. Very rude!!

If pickup ends at 6pm and I'm there before the driver leaves, my item will be shipped tomorrow? Why? The worker at the time told the truck driver to go before 6pm without my package that's already in their possession. If your policy is so then I can't say much (I don't work there so I don't know the policy) but just didn't make sense nor logical for me. Especially during this season where everything is time sensitive and the reason I got there before 6pm. This never happened before so I'm concerned if my package is time sensitive will it get there in time. When you feel bad about one thing then things start to spiral down. Somehow, I felt it's personal, no service for "you" during working hour. Now I need to find a way to get out of it. Thanks for the awesome holiday spirit.

I went there to overnight a letter to my daughter at college, I reviewed the pricing on UPS, USPS, and FedEx and they were all between $26 and $30 for the delivery overnight. I got to the UPS store and they informed me their price was $47 and that their prices differ from the prices UPS advertised on the Internet. But to be $20 more I thought was highway robbery, and not a way to do business. I was told us because it’s a retail store, but no we’re on the sign does it say retail store. I think UPS needs to get their alignment with their stores in place to have a $20 discrepancy on an overnight letter within the state of Florida is unreasonable!

I always loved this place the one guy that works there is awesome. Today how ever I went in there and there was a lady working and another guy. I heard the lady lecture the customer she was waiting on because she didn't bring her glasses and was talking to her like a little kid because the lady couldn't see their email to email the label to them. I felt horrible for the lady how embarrassing for an employee to speak like that.
