First time I came here was 2 years ago. I needed to print one singular page and was told it would be over $5. Today I had an appointment for notary services. All parties that needed to sign arrived on time. When I asked if the notary was available and stated we had an appointment I was told “we don’t get notified of appointments, our notary is off today, and you have to call before you come.” THEN WHY DOES YOUR WEBSITE MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND WHY DONT YOU BLOCK OUT THE TIME SLOTS YOUR NOTARY IS NOT WORKING?! Maybe you should reach out to someone to fix that issue and not make it your customers issue. I will never go back to this location again. The one off Roosevelt was super nice, fast, and got our papers handled with no appt. It’s worth the extra 5 mins drive.

I’ve been coming here for months now and I cannot tell you how amazing the customer service is here compared to other stores! Jennifer has helped me with everything i needed! She is a life saver! love this place! Definitely a 5 star!

Ive had two issues with thid UPS Store and both times I called to have it addressed I was nevwr called back. Most recently they overcharged me on shipping. Charged me for a 12cube b9x for shipping, then they cut it down to make more profit for the store. Disgusting. I used to work at UPS stores and know this goes against corporate guidlines and think it's terrible that theyre allowed to continue this. And ignore all customers who have something that needs to be address3d. The time before they they let my package sit in the store for 3 days before it got s3nt out nd i lost my job position because my paperwork wasn't on time. Not to mention the atore is so dirty and dusty. Smh

This is a great store and location, Jennifer, Paola and rest of the staff are always helpful and tentative.

Paola was very rude to her associate trainee and us, she was supposed to make an international shipment for us, and it took her 35 minutes to complete; she got the address wrong, and the customs calculations were wrong, and finally we were leaving she was able to fix it. We have been using this store for months because it’s close to our house and we would like to keep using it.

This is the 2nd time I have been to this location and the service was extremely lacking and I needed to go to a different location to receive satisfactory service. If you need to do anything other than shipping a box, don’t use this location.
