Been with them for many years. Had a few late payments due to credit card numbers changed. But they would always let me know and get the card changed and move on. My door broke a few years ago and they fixed it that day. It has been good working with them.

Great experience renting here. I had two units, one climate controlled and one outside. The climate controlled unit was always very cool and comfortable. You really get your money’s worth at this property. The management is very professional and helpful.

I was in the process of selling my home and needed a safe, climate controlled storage unit. I did my research and after speaking with Sean and Debbie, decided to have a look at the facility. The Clearwater location on ulmerton was clean, safe and secure. But the best part of my experience was meeting Sean and Debbie. They were professional yet friendly. Helpful yet not pushy. They take care of the place as if it were their own and that’s what sold me! I am now giving my realtor their information and also a recommendation posting on the next door website. Clean place friendly people, I wish I had got into the storage racket 10 years ago, it costs nearly as much per square foot for storage as renting an apartment these days. I guess we all need a place to store our online purchases. lol

My day would have been a lot longer if it wasnt for new management. A tendent was caught touching something that didnt belong to them nd didnt find the good behavior to drop it off at the office drop box. Lucky the camers nd gate gave we enough information to track down their mistake. Once contacted they treated the property as if it was there, I never felt something so ensuring especially me being a black male its truly an honor. Thanks for everything. Theif are not welcome here. On A Sunday, how humbling.
