Petty attitudes and poor customer service. There's no one to even complain to. The lady says I can write my complaint on a paper and she will give it to the guy that sleeps upstairs. Yea, don't know how much that's gonna help me.I pull in and as soon as I pull in im being watched. I have my girlfriend go return the keys and start the paper work so we can speed up the process. The lady says the uhaul has to be cleaned and we have to change parking spots. So I clean out the truck and proceed to change parking spots. Then the lady comes and stops me and says I can't move the truck because I don't have a license with a smirk on her face. So I show her my license tell her that's incorrect but then she says it's not on the paper and we can't turn back time to put me on it.Im just trying to change parking spots in a private parkinglot with a license. But she's making it a big deal when im the one responsible for the truck im the one they keep calling not her. And the lady says that I can still be responsible for the truck even tho I can't drive it!?So what if me and my girl broke up and she won't return it for me in that case I just can't ever return the uhaul? Super petty over a parking spot change. I don't see how I can be responsible for something I can't even return myself. Then I ask her, "so anybody can just make a reservation under somebody's name with out showing you thier I'd and they are responsible for it but can't return it?" how do you know that it's even my reservation if you've never seen my license?I dont need to show proof to assume responsibility but I need to show proof to return it?Absurdity.Also they charge $1 a mile. Better to use an actual uhaul location not an authorized dealer.

Excellent customer service. They made everything so easy. However, this is not a real full service U-haul center. It was more a storage facility but did offer truck rentals which is all I needed.

Taking over 2 hours to get my vehicle…. Unbelievable. Should have taken the day off from work. Truck covered in ashes and smelled like smoke. There was nothing to do. Id verification took over 2 hours and then had a 2 hour wait on the phone. Took less time to move the condo….I will never use uhaul again.

I have rented a trailer. I been using it regularly they call me non stop. I plan on returning to another locations. They said I can't.

Came in to buy boxes. He opened up a few minutes early just for me. Dante was kind helpful and even opened the door for me when I left. Great customer service!

This is the first place I went to see about a Uhaul, but they only do local. They were so friendly. They really answered all my questions and gave advice as this is the first time i done this. They are fantastic. We talked and laughed. I highly highly recommend them for any and all local moving.

If you are a woman I would not recommend using this location I rented a storage unit there for approximately three months I left because the manager was not friendly and and willing to help out with any request I had even refusing 2 give me a ride on the golf cart to my storage unit one day In the Heat of the day I had to walk from the front of the parking lot to the very back of the property where my unit was located also one morning I rented a appliance hand truck which is a very heavy piece of equipment as I was struggling to load it in the back of my vehicle he stood smoking a cigarette watching not offering to lend a hand stating that it was not his job!
