Bought the Idyll yesterday ... I'm in ??it's a beautiful little package deal . I personally love the little Trulieve wax container ... so cute ! It also has 3 different coils ..sweet ? Thank you Val for giving me great detail on this device . I am definitely impressed.

This place has improved; a while back I disliked it because of their processes for getting served. Specifically, they required taking away your card and then bringing it back some time later. While I was there, I witnessed a scene where they returned the cards to the wrong people, and then the same thing happened to me!!!!!
Process is now better. And their prices have gotten better, too.

Trash! Had lots of points saved up, took a break from Trulieve. Only to come back and see they revamped their point system, completely wiping my earned points away. Why couldn’t the existing points simply roll over to the new discount system that was implemented? Instead wipe all my points away. Oh well, there’s a reason why I took a break from Truelieve anyway, their products are mediocre compared to The Flowery & Gold Flower! There is no reason left for me to shop at Trulieve again.

The customer service representative Scott should not be working with the general public if he’s going to get frustrated at those slightest inconveniences and take it out on the customer I will not be returning to this location ever again and was a frequent customer fastest way to make somebody not come back to make them feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in that environment
