For as busy as they are they really do try to make it run as smooth and quickly as possible. The staff has always been friendly and personable. Their products are fire as well!!

I’ve been coming to this location for years and currently it’s turned into a very hostile and rude store.As I entered with a huge wait of people, the GM tells a woman to calm down and we are doing our best to get you out of here.She wasn’t rude or loud just simply said she has been waiting a long time and wants to know how long.I’m in the service industry and the approach and attitude towards paying guest is disgusting.As we sit waiting forever, now he explains why his staff is not able to get to us in any timely manner.He states we get in trouble if we don’t pack the pick up orders once they come in, so the three people working or not just helping guest as the come in they are packing orders. So presents doesn’t take precedence here.There was a reason I stopped coming here months ago and clearly nothing has improved.I’ve waited one hour and now three employees are standing around, I still don’t have my pick up order and they haven’t called a person back in 15 minutes. A joke!Finally left after waiting 60 minutes and not being called back yet 3 people who came in after me were called back and paid and left. I had A PICK UP order!!!!!! I hate this location

I placed an order on Nov.23rd, and called Saturday, the 3rd to see my eta. I was told it would be Dec.9, 12 days after I placed my order. I received an email from Trulieve, but accidently deleted it, and couldn't pull it back up. As this is the only only way I can respond to it, if you still want the information, please let me know. I'm more than happy to give you all my info.

Came here and they only have 2 people working. They said it’ll be a 45-60 minute wait with only 3 people waiting. Shouldn’t take that long for any dispensary. I left when they told me the wait time and come back two days later and it’s the same situation at 12 in the afternoon! You’d think a company like this would do better.

20-30 min wait, on a day with the deals they had today, was amazing!!!! The place was packed and they kept a steady pace and helped everybody!! Amazing staff!

I find that the people are very nice but I wish they would have some one there to do a 101 how to use this lol but they are very nice here and the store is very clean.

The wait is always way too long and staff never seems to be in a hurry or trying to get anyone through. I ordered delivery and there’s no communication, it will be a day late and getting a hold of someone was painful. If I knew it would have been a day late I would have picked it up. I ordered it Saturday and it’s not going to be delivered until Monday.

Never a good experience at this particular store I've been too many others but this one never wants to give me the discounts I deserve the employees here just really don't care must be a bad work environment for them

This place is the absolute slowest...no one in front of me and waiting 15 min for a online otder.. too many other dispensaries to give my money to.
