Nothing but good things to say about this company. Used them multiple times and each time they are quick to respond and reasonably priced. Roy (owner) is very professional and honest. Jeffrey was our tow truck driver and he was quick, efficient and friendly. Would highly recommend.

At first I went along with the $140 payment all though I wanted to wait before he sent out the driver but they immediately sent the person out but then I got a call from the driver and the driver informed on how to save more money with the dealership then spending $140 on the the tow and when I hung up after thanking him his boss called me upset I canceled the order then tried to tell me I owe a $50 cancellation fee saying I was rude for canceling last minute but his driver was the one who let me know what the deal was and I find it highly unprofessional to text a customer and insult them.

Driver did an amazing job and new what he has doing. Had my cat break down and they only took 10 minutes to pick my car up. Prices are affordable too.

I was in Tampa and the car wouldn't start at 2am... The tow truck was here in 30 minutes and was able to tow the car to my mechanics shop. Thank you!

Jeff freeman was literally a life saver in a awkward situation. I was at the Publix dump and had to jump through hoops to have my truck and trailer towed out. He made it happen, helped me deal with customer service at the city dump, dude is a pleasure and a pro. And service on the phone when I was explaining my situation was pleasant and professional as well. I will always call CTS first.Service: Car towing

Poor communication waited 30 mins only to find out after I called them that they weren’t going to tow my car because they didn’t hear correctly what I said for the address.
