will not let you use the restroom. They claim they don't have a restroom but I'm certain that they do.

This thrift store has changed. I was charged $15 for 2 hardcover books. Hardcover were $1 and softcover .50. I saw a cart for $24.99 that I previously purchased at another non-profit for 9.99. Other items appeared to be priced at new retail priced. All staff are new. I will no longer support this organization.

I always find something at Kimberly. I have to stop here every time I come to Largo. One of my favorite spots. Bonnie has been so welcoming and kind to me when I come in. She make the experience 100% better. Thanks again ❤️

Bonnie has done a magnificent job with this store. It smells good, well organized, great tunes and great temperatures. I will be back.

Stopped by today for the first time in a little over a year. Used to enjoy shopping here and finding fun treasures. However their prices are now insane, $10+ for used non name brand hats, $25 for used pairs of shoes/boots that you can buy new for under $40. Don't think I'll be stopping back by anytime soon...no savings to be had here anymore

Awful service. Anytime I am in there everyone is so upset or miserable. Plus asked for a bathroom & they were SO RUDE to say no you can’t use it which that part I respect I have worked years in retail and understand sometimes bathroom can’t be open to public it’s a lot of work to keep up with them. But answering so upset over it is so unnecessary & I responded with oh ok thank you and the person continue to mumble and say if you don’t believe me ask the fire dept. even tho I had accepted and said thank you anyways politely again I come from a retail background and completely understand but they were ready to pick a fight. I just feel like for it being a place to help one another there’s no need to be so unkind.

I have been a proud to be customer & sometimes mistaken for an employe at Kimberly Home Thrift Shop in Clearwater, Florida for approximately 8 or maybe even more years (life is long / youth is short...some may disagree) I never thought of doing a review, but it is absolutely well overdue. The staff is IMO 'excellent' (attentive, helpful, caring & they feel like family) We are all entitled to our opinions & America definitely honors our ... Universal Declaration of Human Rights (aka Freedom of Speech) Nevertheless, 'the truth will always prevail & come forth' (sooner or later) This is my 'personal opinion' as a serious Thrifter & Bargain Shopper. NOTE: This location in particular is more 'High End' (nicer merchandize mixed w/ average) vs your AVG Yard, Garage Sale or other location for bargains. Be sure to learn the 1/2 of SALE days for specific items (this applies to all) Kimberly conveniently has the items & days specified on the back of their Business cards. Keep in mind that all & any purchase benefits women & children under Kimberly Thrift Shops wings (this includes Dunedin location) So it's great KARMA! (do good, be nice / kind & the world smiles back!) Well, enough said (written) ... seeing & experiencing for yourself is best. Blessed Be, davevonz (Allen Flicker)

Went here for first time. Too pricey for thrift shop in my opinion. Many things have no price on them as well.

I went here for years. Recently the prices have tripled! If there are stains or any issue they won't work with you or try to get them out. They won't let you try to get them out either. They no longer have a restroom to use as well. New management took over and I really miss see the old crew. They were amazing. Don't get me wrong I'll still go here on occasion, but it's not my first choice.

I used to shop here every Sunday for years, however since the change in management and the new layout, they have tried to turn the store into a boutique style thrift with prices increasing substantially, and items being placed in the front windows that is only for decoration and marked “NFS.” It’s a shame as I have been told on several occasions that “this is what is sells for on eBay”, which is ridiculous, because if I buy on eBay and am dissatisfied, I at least have the option to return the item... Many other great thrifts in the area, so I go to those now instead.
