This place scams clients. Do not use. Once they get the money, they don’t ever deliver anything. They make excuses about why the order couldn’t be delivered and attempt to rip you off.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. My kids ordered Mother's Day flowers for me, the "Mother's Embrace" bouquet. What showed up looked nothing like the photo of lovely pink roses and lilies. It was a small grouping of fall colored flowers including two droopy orange roses and a bunch of droopy green stuff in a small clear vase with no bow. They all died and water was brown just a couple days later. My daughter-in-law called and demanded they resend the "correct" flowers, and they refused to acommodate the requested delivery date (when I would actually be home) and sent another bouquet, only marginally better than the first. Still small, no bow, only 2 roses. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Their flowers are old and they are not sending arrangements that even look like the ones people are paying for. Get your flowers at Aldi or Publix, those last at least 10 days and cost a fraction of what these people are collecting.

My out of state brother sent flowers to mom for Mother’s Day , using The Florist Family.. What a lousy job they did, not only arranging the flowers but THEY USED OLD FLOWERS.
Within 24 hrs the Lily buds fell off, 1 of 3 roses was turning brown , daisies were wilting & by day 6 all that was left were 2 carnations. . Flowers from Publix & Walmart are better quality !

i was delieveted wilted rotten stinky flowers that were emitting rsfioactive cancer causing carcinogens delievred hy dede fedex driver calgie and her rotten meat slabs fell oit the door. i RAN for my lifr into my door after acquiring my wilted dead stinky flowers and had to wait 3 full days to leave my house because dede was lurking outsidr causing mass destruction to my sidewals and grwoing weeds. when ie rny yo fo deliver the flowers to granny tammy hravestone they were all brown and rotten and i saw a little evil malocious baby crawlign in the graveyard and burrowing tunnels and when i looked at her i turbed to stone and her eyes were potcj black. she had a hair wrap on and when she took it off and threw it in the gator pool snakes staryed hissing at me and i found out it was medusas unborn fetus. when j finally got chiseled out of my stone enclosure i was in the year 2030 and i saw a woman in a rusty cage named lovely peaches dangling over the gator pool. she had no teeth and bloody gums and was rocking thr cage back and forth with her rusty dusty musty crust encased fingernails and was screaming "HELTH MEEE!!!!!" when i got closer she lunged at me like a hungry hungry hippo and shat on the floor and i shpt a crossbow ta her rusty cage and eet fell knt rh water and she bobbled to the surface and ogt deboured by alligators nibble by nibble?anyways after i delievred my one survining wilted flowrr to my aunt granny tammys gravestone and i sprinkled some grass over it to add effort. tammy emerged from her hijab grave and scolded me for delivering her ugly flower sprinkled in grass snd bufned me eith her flamethrower finger tips. she then lie back in her bed gravd tam delusions and eent inot rhe portal to the betherrealm to get a xombie virus and started her own circus in the process and rhne died again. byebye granny tammy i hate u beyonce and dede calgie???

Pics: What my daughter ordered vs what I received. Would give zero stars if I could. I’m sure she paid good money for these flowers and they didn’t last a day before drooping and wilting. I think my daughter is owed a refund and I will contact The Florist Family (who has no legitimate website or FB page). I put the flowers in a different vase to try to make them look better. Very disappointed in their obviously Not fresh flowers.

I ordered flowers for a family member that was going through a rough patch. After receiving a photo of what was delivered vs what I ordered, I was upset. What was delivered was NOT worth the price that I paid and definitely NOT what I ordered. Spoke with a 1800flowers representative and requested a redelivery. Next day Checked the website and said it was redelivered, messaged my family memer and ZERO flowers were redelivered. Again reached out to 1800flowers to request money back, this local shop is a JOKE! Id give zero stars if possible, highly disappointing theyre ripping people off.

I was excited about receiving flowers for my anniversary, until my husband showed me what he ordered versus what was delivered. He ordered an extra large bouquet. They delivered a medium bouquet. What was delivered is not worth the price he paid. He went online and requested a redelivery for the correct size, website said it was delivered but they never redelivered the flowers.

I was supposed to receive a beautiful bouquet of flowers on my birthday 09/16/23 but instead I received these dead bushes a day late on 09/17. When I called to let the florist know that I did not receive the flowers on my birthday and the quality of the ones delivered. I was met with a condescending attitude of basically oh well they weren’t loaded on the truck for you to get the delivery on the 16th. And there’s nothing we can do about that. My advice to anyone is SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST. They do not care about customer service or the quality of their product. Please heed the advice of me and many others who was disappointed in this florist.
