I always get my oil changes at take 5. I got one yesterday. Drove around for 2 hours and when I got home 2 huge puddles of oil were all over my driveway. I drove right back to take 5 to tell them that they didn’t seal something and they fixed it but told me it was a faulty valve. It’s a brand new car. And I never had the problem before the oil change. Just own it.

Service was amazing and greet customer service so I thought. However, after I left my car started acting funny almost like it wanted to shut down. After about 10 mins it start jerking back and forth even more than before. Almost 10 more mins later My car completely shut off in the middle of traffic almost causing me an accident. Luckily it crunk back up and I was able to pull in a parking lot. Once I popped my hood I noticed the hose to my air filter had not been completely reconnected and the clamp was not secure. Luckily I had a screw driver in my trunk and was able to secure the hose properly. Car was fine after that. Tip for the workers just triple check to make sure everything is connected and secure.

They did great. They answered all of my questions and had good customer service. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was due to understaffing so I waited a long time and they didn’t give out a bottle water while waiting like they usually do. But not a bad experience.

I noticed a small drop on my carport of new oil from my SUV which I purchased brand new & which had not much over 25K miles & was still under full B2B warranty. I was certain the new drip was something from the recent oil change since it started immediately after my recent change at Take 5. The manager immediately saw that filter was loose & accepted full responsibility stating they likely didn’t tighten it fully on my recent oil change. They cleaned the kick plate and made sure that it was as clean as before the drip & they made sure my oil was full. I was impressed they took responsibility even on something so obvious since in today’s world people will just deny even the most obvious of mistakes! I’ll never go anywhere else after this professional and pleasurable experience to correct a blatant mistake! ??????♂️

Car died after oil change. Just pulling into traffic around 30 miles an hour. Had just drove 20 miles before the oil change no issues. Got it back to Take 5, had to wait again and again. For them to look at it. It was a Sunday. Still waiting for them to redo the things they touched.

A little pricey, but they do standard oil changes and filter replacements while you sit in your car. I've gotten two or three oil changes here and haven't had any problems.Honestly, I'd rather pay a little more and have the ease of mind that services were actually performed.

Jaray and his crew did a great job on my last oil change and continued their great service when I returned about a month later to address an issue they made me aware of during my previous visit and took care of the drain plug no problem. Glad to have this location close to home

Very confused about the service we received… we took our car in for an oil change, they apparently did it and and we were on our way. 3 weeks later our car breaks down (due to an unrelated issue) and when going over the steps to fix it, they mentioned an oil change was needed as the oil left was burnt and almost gone. We had SO MANY questions. Instantly we thought about a leak and explained how we had just gotten an oil change just a couple weeks prior. They didn’t find any kind of leaks or any issues that would cause the oil to be gone/burnt so quickly. We proceeded to have the oil change done and checked it again 2 weeks later to rule out a possible leaks and the oil was intact. So we paid almost $80 for an oil change that was never done. We will not be coming back here or to any Take 5 stores.

What happened to this place? Brought the car in for an oil change on August 3, 2023. August 20, 2023 my vehicle started to overheat. I was able to get home and I opened the hood I noticed that the coolant reservoir cap was not on. The cap was sitting within some wires next to the reservoir. By the grace of God the cap stayed in place and did not go flying in to my engine. Over the 17 day period of that cap not being on, all the coolant evaporated causing the vehicle to overheat. Because of this gross negligence, I was unable to take my child to school or get to work on time the next day as I had arrived home late the night before. The vehicle takes DexCool coolant the auto parts stores were closed. There's was no way I was going to drive this vehicle again knowing that there is no coolant in it. As this is our only vehicle, I had to Uber to the auto parts store get the correct coolant, Uber back to my home and ended up getting to work an hour late. This could have potentially become a big disaster had I not checked. I spent over $200 on this oil change. I ended up getting the filters changed out and such. I also had to shell money for two Uber rides (had no one to drive me to auto parts store) and for a gallon of coolant. This could have caused a massive hardship on our family. Update: After contacting corporate we were offered a full refund for their terrible mistake. Even though they made it right, I will still leave my review. I read reviews where similar mistakes occurred. People should be aware.Update 9/22: We still have not received our refund from take 5. As a result I am removing a star.

Excellent service. Went above and beyond. Checked everything, not just oil. Air, wiper fluid, cleaned filters. Will be taking car here again
