Called to confirm pricing prior.
Price went up $30 as phone rep., according to tech. “Always quotes wrong price for synthetic”. Not good customer service.
Techs were polite and efficient.
Had me completed quickly.

One of the attendants tried to take my glovebox out to access my cabin filter. I had to ask him to stop what he was doing and re direct him to the engine area. I had to ask the same attendant three separate times to please check my tire pressure before someone else had finally done it. My experience prior to this has always been great but I feel like the customer service piece was lacking on this visit.

I always get my oil changed at take 5 on Roosevelt. This visit the manager was exceptionally nice. The guys are always pleasant and the wait is short.

The boys over at take 5 were a pleasure doing business with. Danny was very informative and explained everything to me that I needed to know about my car and future updates. I was even approved for a 25 dollar coupon. Couldn’t have gone any better. Definitely a solid experience. Thank you take 5.

I’m not one to leave a review especially not a poor one but this was the worst experience as a women I’ve ever had. I went to take 5 for my oil change just a different location than I normally do and right off the bat one of the men started to flirt with me and then began to talk down to me like I was stupid and like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Tried to tell me I needed the most expensive oil when I drive a new model KIA. Then they proceeded to tell me they wouldn’t put anything else in my car and started to put the oil in against my request, finally Grant saw the frustration and when I told him what was happening he made them put the oil I stated I knew I could have. The man that tried to up charge me treated me so rudely afterwards. It was all very unprofessional and uncomfortable. I know a good bit about cars and just because I’m a “pretty girl” I shouldn’t be treated like I’m stupid and tried to be taken advantage of. All though this review probably won’t do much, I will not be returning to the east bay location ever again.
