You forgot to remove an anti-theft device from my T-shirt. Luckily I noticed this while I was in the store. Unfortunately, my mother only realized at the hotel that she had forgotten one of two anti-theft devices. We had to drive 40 mi back. The T-shirt was exchanged, but we did not receive a resolution. So make sure that the anti-theft devices are all removed!

My family and I get to this store to buy a couple of things for an unplanned trip to the beach so my kids could play in the water and sand. I expect the items in the store to be overpriced because of the convenience of having it right there by the beach. I’m happy to pay the premium, but I also expect customer service. And unfortunately, that’s not what I got this time around. The cashier didn’t greet me, wasn’t friendly, I got the vibe that I was inconveniencing him the whole time. ON TOP OF THAT, he moved SOOO SLOW that the line behind me began to stack up. Made me feel like the almost $180 I spent in there was putting him out of his way. Lots of cool stuff inside unfortunately there is a "No refund whatsoever" policy. Save your money and go to a real store. On the bright side, their cashier isn't great at ringing stuff up in the first place and I nearly saved $20 because she failed to ring up the bathing suit top in addition to the bottoms.

Surf Style in Clearwater Beach is a good spot for all your beach needs and more. The location is perfect, right on the beach, making it super convenient to stop by while you’re enjoying the sand and sun. They offer a fantastic selection of souvenirs and outdoor gear, with everything from swimsuits and sunglasses to snorkel sets and snacks. If you’re into branded products, they have a nice variety, including YETI gear and other well-known brands. The store even has a FlowRider, which adds a fun, unique touch to the experience.
While the store has a great selection, the customer service left a lot to be desired. We asked for help from four different employees, and unfortunately, none of them seemed knowledgeable about the products. On top of that, it felt like helping us was more of an inconvenience to them than part of their job. The cashier was the same. Acted like a bratty teenager, whose mom was forcing them to do something. They didn’t want to do. I get it that they probably deal with thousands of tourists every day, which could be tiring, but it's those SAME tourists that keep their business running & write their paychecks. A bit more kindness and willingness to assist customers would go a long way.
I’d would most likely shop here again because the selection is excellent, but they should really work on improving their customer service culture.

Huge garage, no trouble finding a spot. 1st hour free, 20$ flat rate after(we passed more expensive lots). Beach access. Connected to a market/ shop. Pretty reasonable prices and they have the air on full blast! Really happy here

You cannot add or modify your appointment for the Flowrider online, you have to do it over the phone or in person. They do not answer their phone calls. Expect to spend 35 minutes calling over and over and over to get transferred to the flow rider just for the call to drop because they do not answer.

This, the store is the largest surf shop here in Clearwater Beach! You can park in the garage and take the elevator to the ground floor to the grocery section. Walk through the grocery department, and you will see the massive amount of merchandise to choose from. Their is an indoor surfing area and up stairs is all kids apparrelll. My friend was visiting and had not been to a Florida beach, so I brought him to Clearwater to hang out and gran some gear. They have everything here from.boards shorts, sunglasses (good brands), fishing gear, hats, collectibles, and more. You can literally spend a couple of hours in this place if you have the time. There were only a couple of people working the register, and it took a while to check out. The staff was very helpful.and poi n Ted us in directions of items we were looking for. Overall, it was a great shop and environment and a place to park.

Hard to get any help even though there was a group of employees standing in a corner and gossiping not doing anything. I would have liked to buy something but I couldn’t even get any help
