From start to finish it was a GOOD EXPERIENCE. I received estimates from 5 fencing companies and Superior Fence & Rail was the BEST PRICE. Darren came out to give the estimate. He mentioned a 4 week lead time but I asked if it was possible to fit me in sooner because I have 2 small dogs. I was told "Absolutely and they would put a rush on it". I paid the deposit and then never did hear from anyone as to when the job was scheduled. I did have to contact them to find out and remind them about putting a rush on it. They then gave me a date for the install. (That was the only negative...with having to ask them for a date for install).INSTALL WENT WELL AND THE FENCE LOOKS GREAT!I met Stephanie when I went into the office to pay the balance. She is very nice and a plant lover like myself. Ask to see her Fuzzy Peperomia! :)

Superior Fencing of Largo was highly recommended to me by a friend who father has a history of being a great house builder in Pinellas County. So after seeing their work on her own fence, I was excited to give them a call. At first, it took weeks to get it installed. I was first asked for a tree to be removed by the estimator. When the fence installer came, he ask another tree be removed and some of my neighbors bamboo trees trimmed. The tree company who cut the first tree came to give an estimate and was willing to talk to my neighbor for consent to trim her bamboo trees. With my neighbor's blessing the job was done with my neighbor's satisfaction as well as my own. The fence installers arrived and installed the fence. A contractor from the tree cutting company was present only to grind the stump of the first tree that was cut. It was on the property line of my other neighbor. It was present in my house if any issues needed to be addressed. There was no communication from the fence installer that he was leaving. After the first day of installation, I received a text message with a picture of her bamboo and acacias cut. I immediately emailed a message to Mike Crosby, the manager. He came the following day. Unfortunately, I was elsewhere and not able to be present. He spoke to my neighbor and the fence installer. He was told that the damage done by the tree company. My neighbor, the tree removal company and I deny it. I have contacted Mike with a formal explanation and pictures to prove the damage done and no response. I can vouch that the fence was installed perfectly, but would like to hear that my neighbor 's issue is resolved.

A 2 man crew had my gorgeous fence installed in a day and a half. We love the look, and the gates are a premium product. Thanks to everyone involved, very happy.

Sales person was extremely helpful providing assistance with every part of the process, quick responses to any questions as well. The gentlemen who installed our fence were very respectful and true masters at their profession. There aren’t enough words to describe the quality of their workmanship and how thrilled we are with the finished fence. Extraordinary job!!!

Stephanie and Casey were fantastic. Superior installed a 3-rail fence for us and we could not be happier. I reached out to them for a new development and even though it was outside their territory, they immediately referred me to the right person at another Superior Fence location. I received several quotes for my large vinyl fence project and it came down to reviews. So, I want to return the favor and leave my review in hopes that it helps someone make the decision to choose Superior. From the initial contact to completion everyone did what they said they would do. The installation crew lead by Freddy showed up on time, did a fantastic job and left nothing behind. We made the right choice.

Aside from the almost 5 week delay, this was a pretty good experience overall! Very nice and informative salesman upon visiting our home and through the estimate/contract signing process. Reasonably priced and financing options. Docked a star due to lengthy delays, signed contract, was told 6-7 weeks for install and it was completed the end of week 12. The installers were very nice and informative. Cleaned up area. Fence came out really nice.

The only thing that upset me was. I was told that it would be 3 weeks before. my fence would be installed. When I called about this, I was told 6 weeks. So, I feel as though. I was misled at the time the salesperson soled me the fence.Services: Dog fence installation

Well don't contact them if you have a "small project" because they won't give you the time of day.I called this company last week to inquire about an estimate for a new double locking gate for my existing chain link fence. After answering 20 questions from the girl who answered the phone, I asked if someone could come out and give me an estimate. Her reply was "Well we don't do small jobs so I can't schedule anyone to come out. They may or may not decide to try and swing by if I have someone in the area but no guarantee". Ummm excuse me?What a way to make a customer feel valued. Guess they don't need any new business. I may have used them on my other properties for a "bigger project" if they would have treated me with some respect.The girl on the phone was dismissive and rude.Idk about you, but you can either get my business or not by how you treat a potential customer on the phone. Needless to say, they won't be getting my business or anyone else's that I know in my circle of house flippers.Go suck an egg Superior Fence and Rail! Should be Inferior Fence and Rail.
