  This bank is pretty nice. I went through the drive though so I know nothing about the inside, the bank teller said he had to look up my account since I must've screwed up & did not write all the numbers down correctly. He was cool.

  For a large bank you would think they would be more business friendly. We have owned a business for 11 years and banked with SunTrust the entire time. I can say over the years the quality of their service has diminished. Recently they have started charging for things that you would never think that a bank would charge you for. My biggest pet peeve is they now want to charge you to make change for you.They need to focus on customer service and not try to nickle and dime you for every little thing. Get your act together SunTrust or we will look for another bank. The local banks seem to pay much more attention to the needs of the customers.
