This store is given donations for free to sell at top Dollar to the public to pay the CEO of hospice salary. Just check out what the CEO of hospice makes?

The store is very well cat! Very neat! The associates are very kind! And helpful but your prices are just a little too high for a thrift store! I have shopped thrift stores all over and their prices are nowhere like this!JMHO!

Way too picky with what’s actually on sale during sale days, the Belcher location 10 minutes away is much better

Prices are too high! Used shoes for $15? I can buy new ones for less than that. Obviously, they aren’t selling for that price because you still have 300 pairs for sale. Have you not heard of Supply and Demand? When things aren’t selling, you lower the price. When things are selling quickly, you raise the price. Common knowledge.

These volunteers do an excellent job of providing an organized, clean, and pleasant shopping experience. You can tell that they enjoy it and are always appreciative of our shopping there. It’s certainly for a good cause and I have furnished a large percentage of my home from their wide-ranging, reasonable inventory. Thank you for your efforts that benefit so many!

Excellent resale shop. Everything is well-organized. Staff is very helpful and the profits go to a good cause. I think they take better care of the items that are dropped off for donation compared to other bigger thrift stores, where it seems they throw it into a large bin. I am going to donate more items to this store in the future.

I am a longtime supporter of Hospice and their mission. I'm sorry to say that some of the prices in this particular Countryside resale shop are sky high and outrageous. You are almost better off going to Macy's Furniture Store next door. I understand that the money goes to help people in Hospice but the some of the prices are unbelievable even if you go on sale days. The people that donate these items would not be very happy if they could see some of the prices. Perhaps the rent on the building is too expensive and they are struggling?

Several reviewers here have asked about why your prices are considerably higher than other local "thrift" stores. One response stated that "we will ask "management".Why doesn't management just answer this question themselves here for all to see??

Never have been to a thrift store that was so overpriced, dishes for 19 each that were sold on line 6 for 36., bowls for 5 that were chipped,. Home Goods has better prices

Not a bad selection of clothes or misc items, but everything is way overpriced for a thrift store. Saw a nice pair of wooden bookends I wanted to get, but they were $30. Shoes are almost $15 a pair unless otherwise marked. Kind of disappointing.

Since this store opened years ago, customer service has been abysmal. Never a hello, never a thank you, never an acknowledgment of a customer at the register. A worker took a donation from a person, turned on her heel and walked away without a word. There was one sweet woman working there years ago, and she lasted about a month. Courtesy takes but a few seconds of their time. Fix it!

This used to be a great place. $1 clothing days. Recently, prices have went up. And now, $1 clothing days are $2 off clothing items. And inventory is filled to the brim, because of the price influx and getting rid of $1 clothing day. Also, $25 for a pair of used mall brand shoes. The lady who cashed me out, asked why i did not have the clothes organized. I said, there was not sign that said I had to. She asked why I did not remove the hangers. Again, I said there was not a sign that said I had to. She asked me to remove my hangers. I said no, because that is not my job. If it is a requirement, please post it. If not, the workers should do their job, and not ask for customer help.

Good store with reasonable prices. I regularly go about once a week. However today I had the most bizarre experience when checking out. I normally take the clothes off the hangers before checking out.Got to the register and tried to hand the hangers to the volunteer. She mumbled something about her wrist and had me come behind the counter to hang up the hangers. She didn't even ask, just a lot of mumbling and pointing. Then while checking out the phone rings, she drops my items and walks away to answer. She didn't understand or hear what the person on the phone was asking. So she shoved the phone at me! Like seriously wanting me to answer this person question. I did and immediately hung up. Again, the volunteer did not even ask me to help.So strange, I'm the customer and don't work there. Very strange and bizarre that she would just expect the customer to do their job.
