What can I say, the Prices are low, the Facility is clean & staff is Great!!Today is about 3 months or so after that last review. Unfortunately, I do not have anything nice to say except yhe same as above HOWEVER, I went to my unit today with the thought that I could put in there was the stuff I loaded my truck with. NOT. I get there. Nice woman behind the counter, I go to look for one of those flat dolleys I can unload my truck and wheel everything in ( water too much to carry one piece at a time + too heavy). There is only 1 to be found. This one dolley was sitting next to this woman who was going through her unit piece by piece. Not box by box. The boxes were opened. I sat & waited 30 min. She was no further along then when I got there. ONLY 1 FLAT DOLLEY!!!! DONT GO THERE WHEN THERE'S SOMEONE ELSE IN THE PARKING LOT! YOU'LL BE WAITING ALL DAY!!!!

The Gentleman that helped us was polite, patient. Temperature controlled. They have little carts for you to move stuff from or to your unit with, definitely a lot cheaper than your traditional storage units. And very Diligent on fixing the squeaky wheels on their carts! LOL ?

I used to travel a lot and tried many storages throughout the country. You cannot beat Storage Sense! Their prices are incredible, in this economically troubled time. And they offer everything that one might need. The access to my storage is so convenient. Cool air keeps everything dry and safe in Clearwater. On top of that, their customer support is top notch! I would give them 10 stars if I could. Phil went above and beyond to make sure I get the best service. Highly recommended!
