We recently had a delivery of 14 uprights and wire racking to accommodate. Everyone in the office was kind and transparent. Their expected date of fabrication and delivery was right within the timing they provided. Fred made sure that our shipment was in perfect order. We will 100% be purchasing from this company again. Andrew with the back warehouse loading and receiving was friendly and easy to work with, he stayed late to help load up this massive order. The price was just a bit higher than the next guy, but you get what you pay for. Paid for used beams and uprights and the uprights came brand new, and only some of the beams were used. Happy overall with the product and service!
