Genuine customer service. Very refreshing! I explained a short notice need for shirts for my company, and Stitch Logo exceeded my expectations. I received personal calls from the Stitch Logo team and they made suggestions that improved the final result and delivered before the date I needed them. I'm happy to be set up with them for future orders!

I’m in. And stitch logo and their entire staff are amazing. I purchased 500 custom fans and they made them very affordable and deliverable for an upcoming charity event. I would totally hire them for any uniforms, embroidery and promo items.

Stitch Logo is a great company to deal with. Jennifer & Laura are very professional and customer focused and will always do their best to ensure that your needs are met. Rush orders are never a problem for them. The finished product is always better than we would have expected. I have used several embroidery companies in the last 35 years, and Stitch Logo is second to none. I can't see anyone ever being disappointed with their finished product. I highly recommend Stich Logo for any embroidery needs.

I worked with Jennifer Ford and she was great to work with, I have nothing but positive things to say about her and her willingness to help me pick out the best product for our needs. We LOVE working with Stitch Logo for ALL our gear! All the staff are so friendly and professional...always! Turn around time is great given the high quality work they do. We order - polos, dry fit short sleeves, full zip hooded sweatshirts, fleece jackets and warm winter jackets. This company and crew are incredible!

What an amazing team! This is the second time we used Stitch to order garments for our teams. Both times, it was a rush order. What order is not a rush order. We all want it yesterday. That is practically what happened. They not only came through for us, but the service, the quality and the fit - all of it was remarkable. I would never go anywhere else. And the cherry on top? I ordered the Sun Protective clothing Sport-Tek. Great product. Comfortable, looks great.Customer Service is very good. The annual trade show for the industry I work in was approaching fast. I needed some branded apparel and needed it quick. My order was submitted to Stitchlogo on Monday, my company logo was uploaded on Tuesday and the shirts were delivered to me on Thursday. Yes, all in the same week. The staff was easy to reach by phone and email and were very friendly. Cheryl and Laura as well as their diligent team made it happen. The shirts I chose are of good quality, the embroidery and craftsmanship are precise and sharp. Stitchlogo will now be my go to company for embroidery. Hats are next on my list to order.
