Pretty disappointed in the service at the store. Amazon now charges for returns through UPS so a lot of people have been using Staples for returns as they’re free. The gentleman that was there early this afternoon on 10-24-2023 was extremely rude. Questioning if my packages were empty, why would I return something empty? Just very rude. He was also not in any rush, the line was long and he was taking his sweet time. I would rather pay and go to UPS. Also- I will add when I went her previously they had the printer paper for the labels. It’s a staples…. Do they not have that in the store ?

Happy to post a 5 star review for this location and their employees. My wife accidentally left her wallet behind after making some copies. She didn’t realize until the next day that she didn’t have it. After retracing her steps she realized that it may be in the store. When she called, Peter identified that he had the wallet in safe keeping. He went on to say how he had diligently tried to get a message to her that the wallet was there. Thank you, Peter, for you kindness and efforts to return the wallet. The world is a much brighter place with people like you! He is a credit to your establishment and an asset to the company.

The manager Peter is very racist, rather than offering me help he followed me around the store. I will never shop at Staples ever again the experience at this location was horrible.

This location is run down and not just physically but also by the employees who don’t care one bit about customer service and their management (Peter) has the same poor attitude. I walked in to buy an office chair and they had it on sale. They told me the box I picked was not on sale, but it was in the sale pile of boxes. Then I said fine give me the one on sale. They didn’t have it. They offered to order it in a few days and I said I can do that on Amazon. I need it today. I asked for the floor model which was on sale with a sign on it. The price still went up by $20 making it the same price as another model in the box. I asked why it is not on sale? The answer was they wanted an extra $20 for assembling the chair. Throughout this interaction it was nothing but attitude and lecturing me about store. Funny, I ran a whole district of retail stores way back and we never treat customers this way. I do hope this location closes down permanently, there is no need for it. Let it go the way of Bed Bath. It’s time to say goodbye to this chain.

I am a 78 old lady, I called yesterday to get some information. Some gentleman Michael gave it to me and today I went to get some laser copies and this person Michael was the most kind and helpful in helping me all the way. Thank you for having persons like Michael ? ? ❤️

Happy to learn I bought the 462XL ink instead of just 462. You get double the amount of ink when you buy XL. GLAD I FOUND OUT. INK IS EXPENSIVE!

Wonderful Staples with friendly helpful staff members & thank goodness for the sharp knowledgeable print shop guy Michael! He is a great help when you don't know what you're doing & need to print something! :-)

The print shop is a train wreck. I needed one double-sided copy and 4 small ID cards laminated which seemed to dumbfound the Staples employee. The store was empty, but somehow, I still had prolonged wait to get the employee's attention. When I finally got his attention, he said it would take them a day to complete what should have been a simple 5–10-minute job. I rated their service with one star, but I was being kind. It was terrible. It's as though they intentionally are trying to drive customers away.

My wife & I went to Staples attempting to return a faulty HP printer. We were greeted by the STORE MANAGER Peter. Once we explained our situation, we were unable to return based on purchase date. Peter continued to work with us, to complete this purchase. Peter went ABOVE AND BEYOND, walking us thru various printers. He even price matched the new printer for us along with suggesting the Staples app for additional money off the bill. Thanks to Peter's patience my wife & I will continue to frequent this Staples - 30190 US Highway 19N - Clearwater, FL 33761.

Horrible, or should I say non-existent customer service at the printshop. Young girl told me she would help, then completely ignored me! Tried getting her attention, but the money meter was running. It was a time-sensitive document, and I ended up printing the wrong one. Not everyone is computer literate, just take a minute to help your customers.
