Returned Cable box and internet modem for a client selling her local Dunedin Condo. Spectrum Staff was quick and efficient to process the equipment, cancel the account and provided a printed receipt. This was much improved service from my last visit during the 2023 summer where it took 45 minutes to receive service.

Upset I can't give a zero. The manager was yelling at old lady's 2 of them bc they didn't know they had to sign in. He was so rude. When I asked to speak to the manager he said "Awe do I need a friend. And then said are you the manager?" I said if "I was I would fire you on the spot for being disresctful to women ...especially elderly women." I am cancer surviver with ptsd..it was my first time out of the house in a long time and it broke my heart the level of humanity people can have. Shame on you Spectrum for hiring a person like this. I WORKED IN SALES AT THE MALL FOR 15 YEARS NEVER EVER HEARD ANYTHING so rude.

Went to the store in the mall around 11:30 and Evan Bassett helped me set up a new service, answering all my questions and was out of the store in 10 minutes. Fantastic service.

Bought a phone, switched my cable and computer ? over to Spectrum today. Jason was super helpful and very friendly. Better deal here than Verizon or Tmobile. Savings of $820.00 a year woo-hoo!!

Evan was extremely focused on customer service. I asked for a chair for my 89 yr old Mom. We knew it would be a long process to transfer from T-Mobile to Spectrum. Took us a while to get the transfer pin from T-Mobile. That is what held us up. Evan found a package that was more affordable. My Mom was pleased to decrease her phone, TV and internet expense. Evan could not have been more patient and informative. We appreciated his service.

Need more employees to get people in and out. Always remember to sign in. Otherwise, you don't get help. Waited 40 minutes to be called. The guy who helped us was fast, though, and joking and made that part of the process better. Just remember to sign in or you will wait forever.
