I bought a Ribeye. By far the worst Ribeye I've cooked. Meat is extremely tough. I cooked it rare and it was so tough it chewed like over cooked. I do not recommend. Save your money go elsewhere.

I picked up some “spicy”Italian sausage and a ribeye steak. Grilled both. Steak very good. Sausage not so good. It was mealy and had zero flavor. They looked really good in the case but looks were deceiving. A little pricey but normal in today’s economy.

First time going in today, very disappointed. First time going to a butcher shop that had a tiny little section of beef. Literally had only about five different cuts of beef. Publix has a bigger meat section ?

I go for the steak tips alone! There's always something else but those tips are amazing. We like argentine and teriyaki best but they're all so good. The chicken always looks so good. My favorite place for BBQ shopping!

They get their meats wholesale from centerpoint so the quality is ..... About the same you'd get anywhere else. Their pricier than normal but not by a lot. Nothing to blow you away making you have to go here but the staff is friendly and I like the idea of the classes they offer.
