Employees are so rude and get annoyed when you seek them for help. I waited in line to ask about a product they didn’t have on the shelf to see if they had more in the back or in the lower drawer. Counter woman goes yes we just got some today. Other employee runs up as the counter woman grabs a basket stocked full of the product I wanted saying oh no those are Theresa’s. If they just got it today employees shouldn’t have them all reserved for themselves. There was a basket full.

I went on 5/16/24 to do a return and you can’t make a return at this Sephora and the customer service was horrible! I understand if I have to go to a free standing store but they just acted like they did not want to be at work. Not friendly at all

The girls that work there are not very friendly. I would never purchase from there for that reason alone.

The girls at Sephora weren’t helpful at all. I asked if they carried a certain brand in store since it’s a lot smaller than a actual Sephora store and the girl looked at me like I was stupid and told me why wouldn’t they and walked away from me.

Great for returning Amazon. Love their coupons. If no coupons, items are expensive.Clothes selection, better in the past.
