Husband and I spent over $500 dollars there on a few items. One of the items we bought was an electric scrub brush and finally decided to open it this last week since we were re-doing our garage and it doesn’t work. I went on Facebook and saw the store post them on marketplace for sale and I messaged her if we could exchange and she said no. I don’t even want my money back I just want to exchange it. It hasn’t even been used. Just opened it and it doesn’t turn on. Then she blocked me on Facebook. As a business owner of a few businesses this customer service is unacceptable and I will make sure to tell my friends and family members not to shop there.

I have called this store and drove by +10 times, at all different times in the day and always when they say they’re open and they literally never pick up or are there. It’s impressive how little you can be there and run a business.

I had a great experience. The nice woman behind the counter was like a friend. I hadn't seen in 10 years. Even though she's 20 years younger than me had a great conversation. The help was exemplary. I got a phone at half the price. It would cost me brand new.
Great place to go. To get a new cell phone. Great selection of iphones, Samsung's and other Android.

Great owners, Great employee!! Customer service is above and beyond which is hard to find…. Phone is great and my daughters love shopping their phone cases and they are so patient and honest.. I will definitely be returning
