My sister enjoys expanding her outfits at lower cost. While I often stroll the store just in case they might have something I want or need.The close is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. While not weekly visitors, I can safely say, "We will be back!"

Found several coats but the tags had fallen off both, so they refused to sale the coats said that there was nothing they could do to give me a price on then. Not worth you time.

Wowed by the furniture selection. Super nice items! Got my couch here so I’m very happy. The manager Moses works tirelessly on the floor keeping the store well stocked, clutter-free, and training staff all simultaneously. Thanks Salvation Army!

They have done a great job staging and marketing used merchandise. shopping here helps the indigent. you can get great bargains!

Prices are high unless you come on 50% off days. Find filthy stained and ripped clothing among the decent stuff. Bathrooms are disgusting. Filthy. A/C not working properly lately. Employees appear to be miserable.

I admire Salvation Army, the charity, and the good things that they do.I called this store early in the morning and described to them that I had some bedroom furniture I would like to donate, and the representative that answered the phone said “yes, we will take it”. I go through the trouble of loading everything up and drive to this location, only to be turned away saying that there is no room and a small scratch on the top of a piece of furniture. Apparently there is no communication between the front end desk and the receiving group on the loading dock. I try to do a good deed, but just ended up wasting my time and some gas money. Please don’t say you will accept it, when you cannot.

The place is great. I was in a hurry when I shopped there but I still found a great deal on a side table. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back when I have more time because the prices are great ?

I'm happy for those of you who had a great experience.However, I can not say the same. Not one greeting. Not that I need it. But it all adds up.Not one person who worked there smiled. I was yelled at because I was walking through. Because I wasn't in the right line to check out. They yell every 5 mins before close. They are not my kinda of people there. Found a bathing suit I wanted. Because it had no tag. It could not be sold. Afterthr nastiness of these people I'll go elsewhere. My money is better at other places. Thanks and do better.

disgusting & stinky, the entire place reeked like urine- gross cigarette burned couch for over $400, broken recliner. & lady following me as if I can or would steal anything out of that dumpster fire. — Usually never stray away from locally owned thrifts but wanted to check this place out.. will never be back

Way over priced!! Can get same stuff at Dollar tree for less. I don't understand the thrift store mentality... why not price it to move? HEP had gotten awful as well. People are addicted to the web and have an unreal supposition that they will get rich off one item.

Salvation Army is a great cause all by itself but this store is phenomenal!!! They ALWAYS have great stuff!!! The weekly specials are amazing like the 50% off clothing days and certain marked tags item days along with the senior days every day there’s a great discount. Great Quality and clean and friendly atmosphere. Location is easy and convenient just off US 19S (Safety Harbor ) exit ramp and the drop off and parking are ample and fluid so this is definitely a top find.
