By far the best value$ on the island! I was expecting just a bed & a mini fridge.What I got was a full 1 bedroom apartment that was very clean, well stocked with the necessary & I even had an ocean view from my apartment. I will most definitely be back!!

Honestly would give 0 stars if possible. Attempted to stay here on 6/7. Was so nasty and made us feel uncomfortable we left Clearwater to book a hotel in downtown Tampa. Mind you I am extremely allergic to mold and upon getting ready to head to bed for the night we found mold all around the ac unit. Will be reporting this unit to the DBPR. Owner gave us back security deposit, but cared none about the health of his tenants for the night as he did not refund the total payment even though I was at risk of severe allergic reaction because they do not keep their rooms up to par

Nice quiet little motel/ apartment rental. Further down the south end from pier 60, so quite the walk. Room needed some painting on a few spots. But everything worked. The pool was clean, and the place was quiet. For the price not bad.Walkability: Some distance from the main pier 60 attractions and stores so count on walking, close to the south end of the beach.

We stayed here In march for spring break/my bday and are just leaving now may from staying again for our anniversary/bday and I can say it’s the perfect spot by far best customer service “Roberto” is the best. We will definitely be back. This will be our go to spot always. Highly

Old building probably built in the 60s. Concrete walls. In our condo, the floors were tile and some type of fake wood - walking across the floor our feet were immediately dirty, to the point where we had to wipe the dirt off our feet before getting into bed. Found blood on the toilet paper holder. No security at the facility. Nasty throw pillows on the old couch. Worst place I’ve ever stayed

Place was disgusting. My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was not an enjoyable stay. The floors were filthy, to the point where we had to clean our feet off before getting in bed. We found blood of the toilet paper dispenser, along with trash from a previous stay under the bed. The rate of 280 a night seemed like an incredible ripoff based on the condition. The security is also a joke. We had a random drunk kid walking around slamming on doors the last night trying to get into suites. We ended up calling the cops. If this is a choice for a budget stay, save your money and get somewhere nicer. Even if you're from Antarctica. Place was a dump at best.

Older place, but the space was very spacious. Could definitely use some updates. Naked woman in the pool was unpleasant since we had kids with us. Tub didn't drain well. Comfortable beds.

I truely wish (would have ) give our recent one night stay10 out of 10. We just checked out today (Jan 4th 2023) and was in room 202. Unfortunately all experience was excellent and amazing until we pulled out our pull out sofa bed.Sofa bed was TERRIBLE. Please DO consider updating the sofa bed!!!!!! Not only I was sinking in the sofa bed but also my feet was up all night where my head was in the down position. Tossing and turning all night with outside pool bright lights all night long (understanding the outdoor pool light is for safety reasons as I was told). I closed the window blind’s unfortunately still very bright.Biggest issue is the sofa bed for the room 202.

We live locally about 15 min away & We've been staying here for nearly 11 years for various events; just to avoid the drive around here. The newer owners the last year or 2 have been absolutely wonderful. They've even allowed us early check in if available, a parking pass for entire stay & rooms have been clean & well stocked. We know this isn't a brand new constructed hotel so not everything will be without a flaw or two but it is maintained well & friendly staff.

Very poorly done. If you have younger kids this isn’t the hotel for you. It was half way re done. They had exposed wires for a young kid to grab at. No drain for the tub. Towel racks falling over. Not impressive at all. Was there less than 2 hours and they refused to give me a full refund. Ridiculous.

In a quiet part of town, we enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was clean and accessible. Went swimming until dusk, where there were fireworks! Very comfortable and relaxing vibes. Guests were friendly, as the staff. Decor was very lovely, and the bed was big and wide. Had a great stay! I would highly recommend and come back!

Great location: walking distance to the beach. Good kitchen and kitchen supplies were good quality, had everything we needed. Disadvantages: smoking near swimming pool is allowed, there were always people who smoked, really uncomfortable if you are non smoker. Also we had an incident with this hotel, they made mistake and thought that we had to check out day earlier. The issue was resolved but it took some time and Expedia helped.

I really enjoyed being here. We arrived on June 23 and checked out on the 27 of 2022. The owner was very nice and friendly. There are some stuff that need to be updated. I felt bad that he was alone and cleaning the rooms because his cleaners weren't there but the rooms were very clean everything you need you had it. I will stay here again and highly recommend
