I had a problem with an on line order. I tried to reach out to customer service but my problem could not be fixed by telephone. When I went to the local store, the sales associates were so helpful in resolving my issues. Scott Blair is the perfect sales associate. Not pushy, just helpful, he’s a pleasure to do business with. Moral of the story is, when you can…deal with a human face to face and things that you can touch and see.

I am thrilled with my new bedroom set that I just had delivered. My delivery guys were right on time and did a professional job setting everything up. If you want to have a great , no hassle experience, furniture shopping and buying, please do not go anywhere else but ROOMS TO GO! Bonnie was my friendly no pressure salesperson. From beginning to end everything went smoothly and I can not say enough about how wonderful my experience was. Beautiful new showroom with something for everyone.
