Bad service they are all confused and when they don’t have an answer they just hang up very frustrating to deal with them

If I could give minus stars I would. This place is a joke! Unprofessional, incompetent, and uncaring. What a bunch of jerks. Thinking about filing a complaint with the BBB 🤬

This is possibly the WORST experience I have ever had. Waiting 2 weeks from the day I went to ER and they sent my info to Reliant. One excuse after the other
