REGYEN Fitness has the BEST fitness coaches and front desk staff. The workouts are always results driven and fun! I swear one hours feels like 20 minutes. All you need to do is show up.

Hands down the best fitness place. The coaches are amazing, the front desk staff is welcoming and my you feel loved, and everyone who goes there had become a family. The workouts are amazing , challenging, and never the same. Boxing, build and burn classes, all are amazing!!??? Rumbles on Saturday are great workouts...

Our studio features theatrical lighting, concert-thumping sound, and big screens that guide you through the exercises to educate you on proper positioning and movements. Our coaches make sure everyone knows the correct way to do each exercise so that no member gets left behind. We also display members’ heart rates on a separate screen to keep you in pace with your personal goals.
