Love the short wait time and the ability to check in from my phone. Why is the staff so surly at 7am though? I'm not thrilled to be jabbed with a needle either but I can offer a smile.

Very efficient and effective communication except for check in. It wasn’t clear that you need to both check in on your phone when you arrive AND on the unit when you walk in the office.
Phlebotomist was excellent really taking care of my needs as an anxious patient needing a smaller needle and banter about everyday things rather than detailing what she was doing.

Made appointment with confirmation code etc over the phone, well they didn’t have it. So i have to re-schedule, long wait otherwise.

The location is great, easy to get to and has plenty of parking. The phlebotomists are wonderful and I generally leave having only 2 sticks or less (which is excellent for me for blood draws). They're all friendly, kind, thorough and put you at ease.

You have it down to a science! I get a text, check in from my phone, get called in within 5 minutes, and the phlebotomist was gentle, friendly, and skilled. The place is clean and neat. You couldn't do it any better.
