Last 3 blood draws they went through my vein and left me with bruises/bleeding under the skin. This an unacceptable technique! See photo attached from most recent draw. Please pretend I’m your sister/mom/daughter and watch what you’re doing.

Waited over 2 hours with an appointment at 1230. The system text me at 1254 to come in and take a seat and I would be called shortly. 2 o’clock comes around. The tech says they called me a long time ago….. I have never had any issues at any other location. But this location there’s always an issue.

Quick and efficient. I did not like that they did not give sterile wipes at all. Urinalysis and cultures should be clean catch. So cheap. It has cost me countless hours at ER because of unsanitary practice like that. So get some wipes please

I went for a lab draw on 6/12. The results came back with statistics that are impossible. My primary care doctor said this must be a lab error, before we react, let's get a second lab draw. The results proved that the first test was done in error. Quest charged my card for both lab tests. I have called their billing office and spoken to a supervisor asking for a review of the billing because I should not have to pay for an error. Nor should my insurance company. Their answer was multiple steps and forcing me to make my primary care doctor complete forms for their error. The lesson I have learned is to never go to Quest. If they incorrectly process your labs, they will charge your insurance company and you for the bad tests. They have lost my business.

Laura was awesome. Seriously, awesome. Cannot stand getting blood work, but she was the nicest person. Great listener, totally in the moment. Great experience for something we all have to do to be healthy. Go Laura! Thank you. Highly recommend.

First they miscalculated the number of vials needed then they ran out of butterfly needles so they had to stick me with a huge needle for 10 vials then they said they can’t upload my results on the website?! First and last time using Quest!

Gave blood. Leaving bruised and sore. The phlebotomist, while mannerly lack communications. IDK what to expect but it wasn’t a great experience.

Alec was phenomenal! I am a risk for fainting and he was very calming, fast and nice! They put me in a recliner chair as a precaution. I hardly felt a thing.

Only few people working, not taking standby at all . Next patient have appt in 10-15 min they will take him first . Standby have to wait forever
