Worst customer service ever. I called to ask if they have cottage cheese, and since I need a lot of it, I asked how much they charge per pound. Instead of a proper response, the lady who answered the phone yelled at me and then hung up. I live 45 minutes away. I didn’t want to drive to find out they don’t have what I need or if they can't accommodate the quantity I require, But they treated me with disrespect and hung up the phone. I don’t understand why she refused to tell me the price over the phone, why she was mad at me to ask for the price and why she hang up the phone but what I know it’s not the place for me to shop.

Very clean store, or the product is up-to date very nice people and great customer service , I highly recommend it. Everything is great.

First time going to the store. Very clean and neat. Found what I was looking for. Ms. Emma was very friendly and courteous. I will be going back to shop again. It was a wonderful first time experience.

I have been buying bread here regularly for over 2 years now. It's all of $3 for a pack of maybe 8 delicious pocket pitas. Within 2 days of the last pack we bought the product got extremely moldy. Its Florida -- it happens. I returned it to the store with receipt in hand expecting just a 1-for-1 swap for another pack. Nope -- the lady there was very belligerent with me, telling me "you didn't keep it properly" and "how can I run a business if I have to give you refund for moldy bread??" I was absolutely taken aback by how bad I was treated as a regular customer. I will no longer spend one nickel of my money in this store and will tell anyone who will listen to do the same and how badly I was treated. Unbelievable....

We love this store and the owners!! Friendly, clean, accommodating, and the food is outstanding! The owners let us taste several things and we bought them, Egyptian pastrami, olives, the Egyptian food is simply amazing… As are these wonderful owners!!!We highly recommend this store, so many options of Egyptian food and many other items to purchase!

The owner is always so kind and helpful, and she has the best selection and prices. I drive a long way to shop at Queen Cleopatra, and it's always well worth the trip! The pita is always fresh and delicious, and I've never seen a better price on tahini. I always find things I can't find anywhere else. I love this market!

Great selection here. My husband and I have been craving middle eastern food lately, and we're glad this place is so close to us. Lots of foods have Arabic labels, and I'm pretty sure most of the people were speaking it when I was in there. I mean Cleopatra = Egypt. But it also has Greek, Lebanese, Turkish, and other foods. There are quite a few options depending on what you want. A good selection of different pickled foods, my husband pronounces those "tour-see-yah." Also a good selection of olives and pita. I was able to find a big container of my favorite spice lately -- za'atar. Put some of that in a dish with some olive oil, and dip in pita bread. Perfect!

This place is so great if you're looking for all kinds of unusual foods, specially if you like Turkish and greek foods... They get freshly baked breads and just wonderful olives that are hard to find elsewhere. The chocolates are awesome !!!! Great place to visit and pick up some really special items that are hard to find elsewhere... Thanks
