Update. The GM bill personally called me back and apologized for the miscommunication and assured me that he'd be doing some retraining to make sure that this doesn't happen again since there was keys. He offered me free keys and to personally talk with him if I choose to come back for service. This means a lot to me and this is why I changed my review because I think it's important that business is try to do their best to correct their mistakes and reach out to customers and apologize. Thank you Bill I appreciate it.Original reviewThey got my mower back quicker than they said and my mower runs well but there was a little problem that turned 8nto me never wanting to come back. I brought my toro time master mower in with the key. When I got it back, there was no key I said you misplaced my key. They said you didn't bring it in with the key. I said I've never taken that key out nor do I ever take any keys out of my other mowers. So then the lady tells me to stop being so dramatic. I'm sorry if I came off as dramatic as I mow longs to feed my family. When you lose a key and someone can't start a mower to mow lawns they cannot earn money to feed their family. So I'm sorry if that comes off as dramatic to you. Then she goes back and tells me they don't have any keys there for me. What kind of a mower shop doesn't have backup universal keys used in every mower to start them. So they let me pay my money and leave the shop with a mower that I would not be able to start. Just absolute piss poor customer service and the fact they don't have backup keys that would cost them less than $1 a piece if they bought them in bulk is absolutely insane. Every other place I've been to has given me an extra key cuz they just have thousands of them lying around Get your act together and learn how to do customer service. When I was a restaurant manager if I ever heard any of my employees talk to the Customer the way you did to me I would have fired you immediately You're lucky to have a job and need to think about what you're saying to people

Wow. Nick at Quality is a real piece of work. Bought a part we ended up not needing so we returned it and was accused of returning a after market part. The j*** rolled his eyes at me. Unprofessional.

I dropped off two lawnmowers at Quality Mowers. One Honda and No-name brand. Both were in pretty good shape but needed some love. No dought talented technicians work at this store, but not bright when it comes to human interaction. Since the off-brand motor cost more than they estimated to fix, my fiance opted to only get the Honda repaired. It appears that the team of men working at the front desk thinks women are dumb and can be taken easily for a ride because of their non-confrontational nature. After they were mainly dealing with my fiance, they felt confident until I pitched up with a couple of questions about why the one mower is now in 10 pieces. The man that helped to load the mowers on my tuck give me this expansion: After they had two weeks to inform us that it would be an extra $45 to put the off-brand together again after they had done tests. I was informed about this ONLY on the day of pickup, not giving us the option to accept the extra labor bill. When I asked the individual about why I got a destroyed mower back (it was in running condition when dropped off), he replied with a spiteful attitude that they want an extra $45 to put the motor BACK in the condition IT WAS FOUND. This older gentleman automatically assumed that we are too stingy to pay the $45 for their skilled labor. I would love to flex on this induvial because of his dumb ignorant attitude, but it would not magically put my fiance's mower back in one piece. I would have been more than happy the pay the extra $45 for time spent, but this was not mentioned until the day of pick-up. As all men know, having a dismantled motor in the garage eventually leads to parts getting lost over time, resulting in the scraping of the motor. If you have to use their service, DO NOT let your wife deal with these clowns because they will take advantage. This issue could have been easily avoided with competence and respect. They did a fantastic job with repairing and servicing the Honda Mover, but because of their lazy attitude, they are useful like a used baby diaper.

Very helpful folks here. I went in to buy a vac-blower and they not only helped me but explained how to use it. The got it running for me before I left and even suggested I purchase the oil to double the length of my warranty. I highly recommed them for your Stihl needs. They also work on them here.

I went there looking for parts to fix my generator. I figured it would be quicker than ordering online. They do not stock carburetors or other fuel supply parts. Then they talked down on me like I didn't know what I was doing. I ordered my parts online from another retailer to avoid any further hassle and got my free generator working for about $60 in parts.

They got a pretty good selection of lawn and pressure washing equipment. I don't know what their repair shop is like but they look by the sign of things to be a good shop. Clean and orderly. They didn't have the part that I needed and they spoke down of the piece of equipment that I was trying to fix saying it wasn't a real manufacturers item. When I took it to another shop he said it was. Any question why they didn't want to work on it since they're an authorized dealer? Politics. I'm looking for a regular parts house in repair shop. (Hint hint)

My toro mower had some issues with the bearings, they said bring it in for an evaluation, which is what toro told me as well. I brought my proof of purchase and the mower, they helped me unload it, check it out, repaired it and called me right away. They started ut up and demonstrated the fix and they cleaned and sharpened the blade. The work was covered by the warranty. I have never had such a good experience with a repair. I could not be happier and the mower is as good as new.
