The pharmacist and all the staff at this location are extremely rude. Every time we get a prescription filled here it is a nightmare and guaranteed that we will be treated like garbage. We had to move our prescriptions to another Publix pharmacy which is annoying because this location is much closer. Unfortunately, we sometimes have things sent here to save time and every time we get reminded why we should never come back.

Love Publix, especially their fresh breads! They have a lot of options for ice creams and all the products you need. They also have their own Publix brand. Their prices are fairly reasonable. Staff are friendly and and nice.

I went in on a suicide mission of last minute food shopping before Christmas since I was in this shopping center to visit the chiropractor anyway. One thing which resonates in my mind is how much the Queen Bee loves prime rib. She has always been disappointed whenever she would order one while we were out to eat. So as my Christmas gift to her, I bought a 5 pound standing rib roast. I'll make half of it for Christmas Eve dinner and the other for a different occasion. I cook just as well as most restaurant chefs do anyway! The point I'm making here is that when I went to the butcher's window, once I got the fellow's attention, I asked him to halve it. He asked if I wanted them wrapped separately; yes. Meantime there was a sign limiting each shopper to ONE ONLY. So not only did he cut the s***** in half...I sing hosanna and praise because he re-tied each half, re-wrapped each half. Good: beyond that, he wrapped the two halves one atop the other in one bundle. He said he didn't want the cashiers to question me or give me a hard time. That was such great customer service on his part! I wish I got his name so I could pass it along to their management. This young man didn't have to go the extra mile. That's especially since the store was extremely busy and rib roast was on special for $5.99 a pound! Between him, the friendly stock clerks and front end workers, I truly enjoy this store and feel like today, at least, I received good value for what I spent. Is it always this way? Eh...some days will always be better than others. The rib roast? Well just look at that puppy and you'll see it's an awesome looking chunk o' meat too. Ho! Ho! Ho! Mr. George would be proud.

Love Publix as a whole but these new stores are missing the mark. Plantation store was leveled and rebuilt over a year. What we got was a new store but it left me asking WHY. The deli is busy cutting meat and cheese for to go orders while customers are standing in line. The bakery continues to make horrible bread products. The baguettes are squishy, the Hala is squishy. Their idea of a bakery is self service. I miss walking up to the counter and asking for what I want. The worst part is the self service lanes. They should be used when you have ten items or less. I've been there when two lanes are open with three carts deep. Four lanes that are not staffed and people having to use the self service lanes. Your lanes should be staffed and open when you start to see them three customers deep. No one should be forced to use the self service.

I am so disappointed with our Publix bakery now on corner of 66th street and 38th Ave. The assortment of cakes is so limited, the price is expensive for what you get. If you like a mouthful of frosting then it's for you. Very little cake. Come on Publix you can do better than this.

Worst Publix and pharmacy. Never have anything ready or in stock. Dr keeps telling public not to fax in and they keep doing it anyways. The staff is the least helpful possibly and poor customer service. Only try to get my freebies filled here only because it’s right by my house.

Whomever I talked to, kept repeating a script, smaller pharmacy can't fill these prescriptions. I asked if she could order, {I assume a she} and kept repeating the same thing. Im not breaking any hipaa laws by simply asking if she could order the prescriptions but she cant even answer the simpliest of questions. I question how idiots like her even remember how to breathe let alone get ready for work everyday and pay bills.

The pharmacy is backed up, rude and disorganized. Came to pick up a prescription and was told it would be ready at 3:30. I ask if I should come a little later to be sure but was told that 3:30 would be fine. But when I returned they said 3:30 tomorrow in a rude tone.

We stopped here at Publix while we were in Largo Florida getting some supplies for dinner that evening at my grandmothers house. We went in and got some burgers fries ice cream different things like that to make and it was really good I do notice that Publix is a little more expensive for some reason I don't know if it's because of the area where in or the actual name brand itself but it's nice on the inside
