Let me tell ya! If you have electrical questions, find Mrs Jerusalem. The best of the best, every time I go with electrical I look for her. Helpful, kind and a absolute elite. Thank you Jerusalem. I've been treated well in this home depot and the staff are awesome.

I have been trying to rent a truck just for an hour to move a mattress for less than an hour. Each phone call I have had here with them has been awful. I don't know either of the male employees names but they were not helpful at all and very rude. They acted like i was bothering them when I asked very simple questions since it said on the website to call the store , which I did. I was about to give up with home depot ... the only reason I called this location is because it was the closest one from me . I called the Missouri/largo location and they were much nicer and helpful. I'd rather give my money to a location that is nicer than horrible customer service. It is a lot further but i feel like it is worth it. I work in customer service too and i get bad days but two calls on different days and get different employees and have them both be rude uncalled for. I normally never complain about stores or service so this should show how awful it was.

Great customer service in the appliance center from Rich, and Mark. They helped us pick out kitchen appliances, and a washer and dryer set, and gave us copies of all the specs.

The cashier was very nice and helpful when I was ringing myself up and nothing was working! I tried to pay the way I've been paying everywhere for the past several months, and they said they do not take apply pay! The is my Apple wallet that is the safest way to carry cards and they don't take it here? Wow, what century are we in? Let's get up with the times Home Depot! Another reason I prefer Lowes!

I stopped coming in about 2 years ago for lack of service. I went looking for garden pavers just the other day and was pleasantly surprised by the improved service level. While I was loading my pavers I heard on their intercom advice describing the correct cart to use to make loading easier. As well as an offer of assistance in reaching product and or loading the same. I had not heard this from their competition. I found this refreshing and was equally pleased when I got to the cashier in the garden center and I was asked " did I need help out to my vehicle loading my pavers " I took care of it myself thank the cashier and walk to my vehicle smiling thinking there is still good service out there and sometimes you don't need to look for it. Good job home Depot and like Arnold says "I'll be back!" Thank you.

This Home Depot has what you need as do most Home Depots but for customer service it is a hit or miss, it seems like some days the employees avoid customers at all cost and others they are helpful.As for contracted services Home Depot uses, be sure to AVOID Southeastern Construction & Rehab (SECR)They are awful.

I am in agreement, this is the WORST home depot for service... I called and asked Wayne if a butcher block that I purchased at Home depot could be cut... he said yes ... i drove over and "Jimmy" the supposed manager of that department said no... I guess their commercial grade equipment handles cuts based on the mood and ambition of the employees on any given day... I will be avoiding this store ... I will be building out my new kitchen cabinets with Lowe's as a result of this customer experience... Get your act together Home Depot‼

Pro desk staff is AWESOME!!!
