“I contacted the team at Sir Speedy with a project for some bookmarks for my small business. They were incredibly patient as I had a TON of questions and specifics that I was looking for. They invited me into the store to personally explore paper options and weights, as well as various options I could use. When I asked for recommendations, they were very frank and honest, letting me know that X paper works best in their printer over Y--and that even saved me money! When the printing was done, we had a small hiccup with sizing (which was totally my fault), and they kept me in the loop through EVERY step to get it resolved. “I tried to return a box to the on-site FedEx location at: 2991 Roosevelt Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33760 on 6/8/2024 at 2pm but the two younger women refused to accept the box and move the it a couple feet. I went to this FedEx print shop and the onsite employee was very helpful and took my box without batting an eye. She also helped out someone on the phone with FedEx's difficult phone system. I believe she went above and beyond to help out her customers.”

Every time I need help most of the staff at this location are very helpful, but one individual stood out head and shoulders above all others today!!!!His name was “Phillip”, I believe he is the “Assistant Manager”, he was incredible helping us accomplish our goals, he was very customer service oriented, but was also very organized, professional and courteous!
