Had a broken windshield on our way into St Pete last Friday, called Premier1 auto glass on the way into town.They showed up 11:00 Monday morning for a great price, quick service, nice clean job by the technician mark and William communicated welland timelyMy experience with this company was good and I recommend them for anyone that needs a new windshield.

From start to finish, this company was so helpful! I had issues with another glass company not showing up and not bringing the right windshield, and after speaking with this company, they had the right windshield ordered within minutes and installed two days later. Tried to scam me.Had broken rear glass on a Tiguan. One company got the wrong glass and said they're not able to get the right glass. So I called around and found that, unfortunately, the rear glass could only come from VW, which means more money, no big deal. Lokey VW said they could order the glass but I'd have to get someone to install it. I got ahold of Will and he said no problem, but he can get the glass from one of his vendors for cheaper. I told him he can't, it's VW only. He said he'd make some calls and get back to me. He did and verified what I said, it's VW only, so it will be more expensive I said thanks, that's what I told you, but good job double checking.Fast forward to the install and I'm talking to his employee and I asked if he had to pick up the glass from VW. He said this came from our vendor and was shipped to his house. Guess what, wrong glass.So I called VW and they said it was waiting for Will from Premier1 and he didn't pick it up, so they had it in the returns. So I bought it and had another company put it in.Issue is, Will got cheaper glass from an aftermarket company and was telling me and charging me for OEM. That's a rip off.Anyway, if you need glass done go to Pineapple Auto Glass out of Largo, total professionals.Service: Auto windshield repair

Will was amazing at ensuring both mine and my partners cracked windshield was done in an extremely timely manner. He was cordial and prompt with handling all insurance matters and setting up recalibration appointments. He went above and beyond and handled my matters with Toyota and rescheduled my recalibration at a different place upon request. Both windshield replacements and recalibration was done in less than a weeks time. The worse company I've ever dealt with! The owner had no customer service skills! He was very insulting and rude! He never told me the windshield needed to be calibrated for the safety features. I had to take it to a competitor to have the windshield properly installed.

Outstanding company! Ordered the requested parts I thought I needed for my repair when they arrived they realized the parts were not necessary because they were familiar with the issue my car was having. I requested a windshield replacement quote on their website & Will called me the next day with a quick, affordable quote. He was also able to schedule Shannon to do the replacement the very next day at my workplace! Shannon arrived on time & had the new windshield installed within 30 minutes. He was professional, knowledgeable, & even managed to save my SunPass from the broken windshield so I didn’t have to go out & buy a new one! Great customer service! I Had a small chip in my car window from driving in US 19 smh! and was frantic it would cause more damage or start cracking my windshield. They were able to accommodate me and get a technician within minutes of being on the phone with them. I would highly recommend them! Honest and great work! I was calling around looking for the most affordable place and this company is extremely affordable and the service was amazing! They have some amazing and nice people willing to go out of their way to do simple things to help me. I had duct tape residue left on my broken window trying to keep it covered and they person who came out to help me cleaned it off for me for free and without me having to ask like i said before extremely great service and if anything were to happen like this again to me i will 100% be coming back:)Services: Auto rear window replacement
