I interviewed here at this bunch and let me just say it looks cheap , it’s dark inside and the building looks outdated. The advertisements weren’t interesting. It’s hot in Florida at least Offer cold water or refreshments of some sort . For the waiting guest.. cheap company and their needs to be uniforms in place .

Both Lynne and Kathryn were absolutely amazing today. Helped me with ever query and question I had and went above and beyond. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Next time Ill bring some coffee :)

Great bank, they catch everything. I don't have to worry about someone scamming my account. They saved me yesterday when when a catfish tried to get 1500 out of my account.

Always a very long wait at teller line. 1 teller spends over 30 mins with a customer. We all have somewhere to be. Excuse that customer and help customers that are in and out quickly or call other workers to help.

Had an unusual check situation and dealing with corporate over the phone was hard to do, so made an appointment at a branch and just want to say Donald Andersen and Amanda Rose were very helpful and knowledgeable and were able to help me out and also helped me deal with corporate to deal with the situation. Greatly appreciated and thanks for all of your help!

This bank has the rudest staff I have been involved with at any PNC! They act as if you don't know anything about your account. The head tell is so condescending!!! I will NEVER use that branch again!

I went in to the bank to close an account and was told no one was available to do that. The account reps were in each others cubicle talking ??? So I was told to do it myself via online or thru the app, which there was not an option to do so. thankfully the 888 customer svc number was able to do it over the phone. Not happy with having a business account at PNC. Was also charged a monthly svc fee when I was told upon opening the acct that there was no fee as long as it maintained a $500 balance. When I called the bank someone else told me "if you read your most current statement, you'll see it says it's based on an average balance". I was never told this. Sticking to personal accounts only with this bank.

I stopped in this location on April 5th, 2022, around 1pm. I was not sure they were still open not a car in the lot. I needed some assistance regarding a deposit and all the ladies that worked here are an absolute joy. They were not sure how to help me but took the time to research the issue and helped me address my concerns. They were willingly to go the extra mile for me, and this was my first time in the bank wow, what a wonderful experience. Thank you, Ladies of the PNC bank, your awesome. My wife and I plan to use this location.
