I started to like going to this gym due to the new equipment that was just added. What rubbed me off was my initial interaction with the supposed general manager and customer service. Overall, my experience with customer service at this location aside from the GM who is a younger caucasian with a beard who wears a black polo has been world-class. My first interaction with the GM of this establishment made his presence as well as title clear to me when I walked into the bathroom and randomly informed me stating, "I'm the GM." My initial mindset was, good for you, I'd like to use the bathroom in peace please... Maybe its the new staff that needs to be better trained as well on customer service aside from the GM harassing patrons in the bathroom trying to take a piss in peace with his title because today what I experienced from the front desk attendant was comprised of the notion of trying to sell me their gym to establish as my home gym as a threat rather than sell it to me as a place I want to come to... I'm a blackcard member. I don't like threats. I don't believe anyone does. I rarely come to this gym and this experience makes it even more rare.

3 stars because overall it’s clean and well managed BUT sooooo many rules. You cannot even bring a gym bag on the weight floor with you. They say to put it in a locker. I use my bag everywhere I go, I have my squatting belt, ankle straps, hand straps/grips, bands, wallet, keys, phone and water bottle in my bag. Today I walked in with my bag as usual and as I was walking out after finishing my work out, the gentleman up front (they were polite about it) told me its policy now I can’t carry my bag around with me, I have to put it away. I explained I need it and use it at every station I go to. They just said I’d need to carry that stuff around with me…. Planet Fitness owner/manager… how does that make sense?

This gym is always clean! The people at the front desk are super friendly and always greet you when you come in and as you leave they wish you a good day! Nice and cool with great natural light from the huge front windows!

I've been going to this planet fitness for years. And the current management has turned this fitness facility into a great gym new equipment. Great staff means great gym ?️♀️ ? ?

Well, that's disappointing. One of the biggest reasons why I joined was because of your 30-minute circuit. You just recently removed it. That's so disappointing. As a former personal trainer and running coach, I can't tell you how important that area was. Your gym setup does not lend itself well for circuit training. I guess I'll have to find another gym.

Been a member of PF for years! Pinellas Park just recently updated all their equipment and it is like Christmas! Truly a great workout! Really everything you could ask for, and more!

The guy named Stephen at the front desk is awesome . He’s very welcoming, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and goes beyond to help you out. I dunno if he’s a trainer too but he definitely should be one! Thanks for showing me how to grow my abs

Good location. Plenty of parking. Nice size. Never crowded when I go during mid day. Clean. Friendly staff.
