I've been employed here at Pete's Collision Center for about 7 years. Pete and I attended middle school and high school together and have been friends that long! Wanting to expand upon his existing towing business, Pete purchased a body shop in Clearwater Fl. Afterwards he recruited me to help him manage the body shop because of my extensive knowledge of the collision industry which i began in high school. Through my 43years in the business I had come to work in some of the top dealerships in the county, and I worked mostly as a combo tech. In that positron the tech is responsible for the vehicles repairs from start to finish. So my experience with multiple brands, utilizing state if the art up to date repair equipment and procedures, as well, I-CAR training and certification, D.O.T. & Haz. Mat. Certification's is what i bring to the table here at Pete's. Additionally Pete and I are always looking to bring new and improved upon repair techniques to the shops every day S.O.P. standard operating procedures. Ultimately whether we are carrying out an insurance repair or completing your dream car restoration, we strive to produce a finished product that leaves the customer with a deep sense of gratification that they had the confidence to trust us to carry out their repairs as we regard their business as an earned privilage, because it is a PRIVILAGE to serve our customers in our community.

Family atmosphere will work with you on prices especially all those single moms and dads we just can't think that they can afford to get their car fixed when it's very important they really work with you they're amazing and I'm just not saying that to give them a five-star review they really are and there's no better place than a family honest goodness mechanics

I was in a car accident and needed a lot of repairs on my 19’ Malibu. From beginning to end they were hands down amazing. Kept in contact with me on the progress of my vehicle, got it done in a timely manner and my car came out great. Looks just like new. Highly recommend.

Today my driver went way out of his way to help us. I have used this company before and have always been happy with their service. Also if you don't have AAA they are the least expensive I have found in the Clearwater/Palm Harbor area.

Service was not as what you would expect at rush hour McDonald's I've had better service the owner seemed to have no concern about my vehicle other than money the office lady was very rude to us as well just did not seem like a family-owned atmosphere that what I was comfortable with. The whole experience was very non-professional the shop just was filthy inside and not taken care of. For me to leave my vehicle there I just was not comfortable and would probably never go back there. They're very lucky I did give them one star for their efforts of ignorance

I first called another towing service that informed me that they only tow for law enforcement now. But they recommend Pete's to me. Pete's got out to me quickly and tried to help me solve the issue with my son's vehicle not starting. They tried to jump it, helped me check fuses and troubleshoot. Unfortunately we didn't find the issue. So we towed the vehicle to my house so I could troubleshoot some more. The tow truck driver recommended I check every fuse. So I looked at the fuse cover which had a legend of fuses. After a few minutes I noticed a 15A where a 20A should be. Sure enough it was blown. Replaced and started right up. Thanks to Pete's for the prompt response, and taking the time to help troubleshoot. Hope we don't need a tow again, but if I do I'm calling Pete's.

From the tow truck driver to Kelly, the front office manager, to the owner - there’s no better place to have your car fixed. Kelly went the extra mile to help us from the moment we arrived and the owner gave us the fairest of prices and tried to cut down costs with parts we already had. They returned my car quicker than I expected, clean, perfectly fixed! She looks great! They’re honest and friendly. I highly recommend Pete’s!

Used these guys from a call to AAA for a new battery . Called in at 8:15 and guy was there by 9pm. Had me back on the road by 9:30. Emanuel the tech who came out was great and very courteous.

I cannot thank the folks at Pete's Collision enough! I ripped the front bumper off of my Dodge Challenger in the first 24 hours of owning it ( I was sooo very upset). Pete's had repaired my husband's truck the previous year so I gave them a call. I was so upset when I called in and talked to Kelly at Pete's, and she was so kind and quick to get me in and checked out. They rushed to get my parts in, and Keith even stayed late to get me all fixed up. This crew is wonderful, and I felt like I was truly cared about as a customer. These are great people, and my car looks like new. I will continue to call Pete's when I need any work done on my vehicles!

After a hectic weekend of moving my car shuts off on me in the middle of the street. It wouldn't start back up and I was stuck an hour from home. I call my AAA and they send Kevin out to assist me. Me like a dummy left the car and took the keys (I had to get home to the kids and was told I didn't have to stay with the car but like an idiot took the car key). Kevin called me to let me know he was getting close and asked if the keys were in the car. When I realized that I had them on me I was so stressed he could hear the frustration in my voice. He made a quick call and called me right back to let me know to go ahead and go home to my kids and call them back once I was able to get the keys to my car. The next morning I call when I'm at the car and they send Jesse out right away! He got there in less than half an hour and was so friendly and professional. He took great care of my car and got it home for me. Jesse and Kevin both really took a huge weight off my shoulders by making this whole ordeal so effortless for me. I cannot thank them and petes towing enough for all their help!
