We recently had to put our 16 year old dog down and Pet Angel handled our pup well and gave us a beautiful urn. Thank you for getting her remains back to us so quickly.

Patient, understanding, caring. They took the time to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted for our Abby. They didnt care if I called and asked questions and made sure to explain every step. The turnaround time was quick and they have a big selection to choose from. When we need this service again, this is exactly where we will go.

Dr. Stephanie was awesome, so much compassion and thorough with the process. But when I received Pebbles ashes, I was traumatized at the size of the box. I’ve been through cremation 3 prior times. My Rotttie big box, my Pomeranian 5lb and Yorkie 4lb, and my recent Pebbles 6-7lb and Pebbles box is half the size of my other 2 small Fur Babies.My 17 yr Pebbles crossed the Bridge very Peacefully and is no longer suffering and that puts peace into my heart. ❤️??

After our 17-year-old dachshund past we were looking for someone to cremate his remains. We found Pet Angel. On the phone and in person they were extremely helpful and kind.There was no high pressure and Jamie A. Was willing to answer all our questions while we made arrangements as well as afterwards. When we received our remains it was done with much care and concern.

I got my rabbit cremated with this company through the vet that I went to. I was so happy when I got her ashes back and the paw print that came with it was so beautiful. I forever have my fur baby at home.

Pet Angels did a beautiful job on the cremation of my beloved dog. His urn is beautiful accompanied by a lovely packaged Paw Print and his Certificate of Cremation. All packed into a nice gift bag. The urn comes in a rich velvet bag. Pet Angels marked everything with my pet’s name. I highly recommend. Their prices are very affordable. Thank you Pet Angel for taking such good care of my beloved Shadow ?❤️

My dog of 15 years passed away recently and I am heartbroken and devastated. Jessica and Audra were and are amazing! They spent time on the phone with me and had my dog picked up and then I called the next day and Audra spent over an hour on the phone with me.. I cannot say enough great things about them. God blessed me that day because I tried several other places that just did not seem to care. I will never forget these 2 kind hearted ladies.

My daughter Paris was loved for 20 years. Pet Angel Memorial Center gave us the love and caring of our baby girl. The warmth, love and compassion was heartfelt and our daughter could feel that love and compassion with their team.

At a time that was rough for us After losing our dog Hope, they couldn't have done a better job including the lock of hair, The nice card enclosed from pet angel and the veterinarian, and the engraved box. And at a very reasonable price.

My dog passed away suddenly due to a very traumatic accident and the emergency vet used this cremation service. I have used another local cremation service for many years (Honor Thy Pet) but this was the vet's partner. I am not unhappy with the service but there are a few things that would have made this a better experience for me and a 5 star. Let me say I appreciate anyone in this industry and believe it takes a special kind of person to provide these services to us and I appreciate it.I got my boy's ashes today and it was a very emotional experience for me (it always is). I am so used to the service I received from Honor Thy Pet and here are my thoughts:1. All other times I have had a pet cremated, they came back with a tag on the bag of their cremains with a serial number. The satin pouch is a nice way to receive the cremains but the serial number tag would have been nice to have.2. When I have received cremains in the past, they also had a lock of fur with them. Like most dog owners, I have fur all over my house but it was a nice touch to receive a lock of fur this way. Not necessary but would have been nice.3. The paw print is not a real representation or imprint of his entire paw but a really light imprint of a couple of the pads on his paw - really tiny. Whoever took the print did not press the entire paw into the material so it is not really a true pawprint. My boy's cremains weighed 5 pounds and his paw was as big as my hand, but the pawprint I received almost looks small enough to be a cat's. That is disappointing.4. Nothing really about my dog, the rainbow bridge, etc. I know it already and I have received those for other dogs. Again, not necessary but would be a nice touch.The cremation certificate itself is nice.I am glad he is back and appreciate the service but would recommend those few little additions that are just nice touches to get 5 stars.Again, thank you for your compassion.

They cremated my baby without calling me to go over what all I wanted done. Messages were left for them to call me before the cremation happened and I was told the director would call. Picked up my baby’s aches and paw print and the paw print is a slap in the face. How could you feel this is acceptable? Very disappointed.

The process from start to finish was very easy and made everything a tiny bit less painful.We miss our Buba… he his our little angel now. I absolutely love the stamp of his snout. And I feel at ease that his little body was taken such good care of for his cremation.Thank you for what you do. It means oh so much to our family
