  Patio Lane has outstanding customer service. I ordered two custom pillow covers in the wrong pattern which did not coordinate with my original purchase. Miriam Leuthold allowed me to return the wrong covers and did not charge extra shipping for the delivery of the new ones.

  I had a positive experience with Patio Lane overall. Miriam was very helpful when I needed assistance determining which cushion style would meet my needs. She was also very responsive to any questions I had. I am pleased with the final product although the seams didn't seem to line up right on the edges when I received it (the reason for 4 stars instead of 5). I unzipped it and repositioned the cushion inside the cover and it was better. I also feel that as the cushion compresses with time, it will fit better. The workmanship is excellent and the fabric is of high quality. I got the firmer cushion that allows water to flow through it and like it. My old cushion was saggy.

  Patio Lane did a great job with my custom roll cushions for my daybed. She accommodated a special Sunbrella fabric that she normally doesn’t carry, and they look great!
