A friend bought a daisy skort that was supposed to have hot pink dots in the middle of the flower they were a dark pink and her jacket has hot pink flowers in the center. They don’t match at all. She tried to exchange the skirt for the right color but since she had taken the tags off they wouldn’t return it because they couldn’t put a tag on it. She spends a lot of money there and this is very irritating.

Love shopping this store! I discovered LuluB clothing @ 4 years ago and I am addicted! The sales ladies were so helpful and even found what I was looking for on the clearance rack! I'll shop this store every time I'm in the Clearwater/St Pete's area!

The UfV 50 cooling fabric at palm palms is awesome. I have issues with the heat in the summertime and I get a rash. This fabric is like putting on your clothing right out of the refrigerator. I do outside craft shows on the weekend and this is my new uniform. They have an unbelievable choices of colors to mix and match with solids and prints and beautiful coastal fabrics. The sales girl was very nice and very helpful and everything I wanted was available in my size. If you want to be comfortable in the summertime and look great, this is a place to shop.

I have shopped here a couple of times every year when I am in Clearwater at the Sand Key store. The sales clerk, which ever one has always been nice and helpful, but not pushy. I like that. I really like their brand of clothing and it’s such Florida style clothing!

Wow!! I love to boutique shop! As soon as l entered the place l was greeted with a friendly "Hello, how can l help you sweetie". Great selection of apparel and very well organized. I spent way too much money ..but could not help it?. Gayle, the sales clerk was awesome at making me realize, l just had to have each piece she showed me...So l bought them!! Her sense of style is remarkable and shedeserves a "10 star review" ....thanks Galye...l definitely will be back!!!

After reading some of these reviews I felt I needed to share my experience.I have shopped at this store in Sand Key for over 5 years multiple times a year. Gayle has always been very friendly, helpful, kind, & thoughtful helping me find the perfect clothes. Most of my wardrobe is LuLu-B purchased at this store with Gayle’s assistance.Thank you Gayle for all your help!!

Oh my goodness! This was by far the worst experience my friend and I ever have had with a sales clerk. She never welcomed us, never got up to help us, was rude to us, rolled her eyes at us. We were the only ones in the store. We met two people on the way out that were standing there and they said she was not nice and she evidently did not like her job. I rarely write reviews but because this was just a bad experience I wanted to let you know.

They have super cute clothes and carry naots, pikolinos, l'artiste, and riekers a few of my favorite shoe brands. The sales women we very kind and helpful.

I was in the clearwater store 9/11 and the clerk was the rudest!!!!she always is but this was taken too far. I was the only one in the store 15 min after it opened and her behavior was noted that she did not want me in that store . Rude, frigity, no eye contact. I was trying on clothes and she was curt and short with me. As I was walking to the dressing room, I heard her say under her breath, get the "f--- out of here". I left the store immediately and called their other store about her behavior. Will NEVER shop there again . I will go to their Mediera store!!!!!

So many beautiful clothes at reasonable prices! And, the clerk was a doll! She helped me pull together several outfits that I would’ve never thought would look good on me but they did. Love the Lu Lu B brand!

Shopped at the store one night last week and had a terrific experience with the sales person. She was very helpful and pleasant. Today, October 25, I went back into the store at a little after 4 PM. The clerk did not even welcome me, and ignored me except the two or three times I talked to her! I had brought in a pair of slacks to find a top that matched. My first sales person would have gotten up and helped me look, made suggestions, but this woman did not get off her iPhone at all in the 20 minutes or so I was there and trying on clothes! I left without purchasing anything.

The clothes are beautiful an beachy, just my style. After reading some of the reviews below I'm totally shocked. The service was wonderful. The lady behind the counter couldn't have been nicer. Whoever the other lady was must be long gone.
