Amazing experience today! Went in around 2:30 pm on a Thursday. All employees this afternoon were awesome! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Clean, well stocked store had the part I needed. Great interactions with the 3 employees I talked with. Excellent service!!!

sales person had ZERO knowledge on anything regarding the battery that i purchased. i mentioned that in the past the store prepped the battery for me and charged it and he did not know anything about it but yet charged me for "core charge" i asked him what i need to do with the liquid and he did not know i asked him if i can do it on the counter and he did not answer or answered with "i only sell the parts" then when i did it he very not politely told me not to do it there where i clearly asked if i can. i asked the other person how is it that last time i came and got the battery and they did all the prep and i picked it up the following day and he said he had no idea, maybe it was a manager that did it. yet still i was charged $10 for a "core charge" that was the worst experience i have ever experienced and more than likely would never but from this store unless i am stranded.

Bought a car battery there 2 years ago for a car I don't drive much. Had the car checked because the battery wasn't lasting when not driven in more than a day. Honda Dealer said car is fine, battery is bad. Took the car to two other parts stores who said the battery was bad.
Took it to O'Reilly's to be tested and they said it was fine.
Took it back to another parts store, said it was bad.
Long story short, O'Reilly's would not replace the battery because they said it was my fault for not driving it enough. Even though it was in warranty.
They are fine if you know what you need and don't expect to have their warranty honored. Otherwise, I would buy elsewhere.
I personally won't shop there again.

Ariel Literally pushed me out of the way with a customer to stand 4ight where I was standing to look at paint that i was also buying. Won't be back again for sure

Staff should be a friendlier. They all seem to hate working there. Also when addressing a customer make some eye contact so your customers know they are being talked to.

Talking poorly of your competition is in poor taste. Makes me not want to shop there. Calling businesses across street stupid and idiots is uncalled for.
