The level of customer service, professionalism and work ethic I received from Mike was unparalleled. It's a rarity this day-in-age. I needed a large amount of material laminated in preparation for a promotional process at my fire department. From the moment I walked in he was attentive, thorough and he far exceeded the minimum standard. If the world had more Mike's we'd be in a better place. Thank you so much for your help! Experiences like this are why I'll always choose Office Depot over their competitors.

They all item with their brand on they don't specify return policy when I try to exchangefor the correct item because I was miss led by their salsa person they say cannot without receipt

Oh my goodness, I really hope you know what a great staff member you have in your Belcher Rd. Clearwater store named Seth! He was so, so patient with not only me while assisting me with making hundreds of photocopies, but all of the other customers that came while he was helping me. At one point Seth was juggling about 8 customers near the copying machines and he always kept his cool. He was able to multitask between customers and help everyone. There was an elderly gentleman that needed help and Seth was so professional and kind to him. The elderly man almost accidentally walked out without getting his reward points (or something like that) and Seth reminded him before he left so he wouldn't miss out on them. What a true customer-service oriented person you have in Seth! I really hope you will reward him with something tangible because employees like him do not come around often. Thank you, Seth!

Great service at Office Depot. The cashier was extremely helpful and took the time to assist with my fax and copies as well.

Used their printing side. Scanners are slow compared to FedEx. But cheaper. Staff managed to totally screw up printing a simple banner. Returned. Waited 3 hours for a call (it literally takes 3 min to print another one). None came. Called the store and asked for a refund. Never again. Thought would save some time by not driving to FedEx Store. Big mistake. These ppl are incompetent. The store is fine. Always something on sale.

This location does not now how to do customer service when it comes to business cards. All they want is you to order them online and hope it comes out the same way you order them. I been having problems for my business cards to be the why I want them to be.

The level of incompetence is unreal. Guy at the shipping counter was clueless. Then refused to help due to his lack of training.

Nice, well stocked store. However, always check online as the price in store may be different. Yesterday, I bought Ink for printer, online price was around $38 and in store around $46. The cashier did honor the online price.
