Terrible customer service. Went in there today and the older lady behind the print counter did not want to provide assistance in cutting some photos that would of taken less than 1 minute to complete. I guess it's hard to find good help.

Hi my name is Disgruntled Bad business Kasey! I'm not here to be professional or do I have any answers for any of your Office Depot questions. I'm not here to work either I don't answer phones so don't be mad that you called 20 x and no one answers or if you then drive to this location and think you will get any help that way I don't provide any physical help either I do not work at all I'm just here because my teammates rather call off and use PTO then work around me. I need to print out an email and was out of ink, so I tried Office Depot. Miguel showed me how to email my documents to the Xerox brand copier and print them out for 12 cents a page! A bargain at twice the price. Their full color copies are under $1 which is the best deal I have ever seen. I got great service here. Thanks, Miguel (:
