In 2014, Northpointe and team built our home in Belleair Beach. We broke ground in January and by September moved into our new home. The journey was well organized. At the start, Matt created a project management book and provided us a copy. We would use that book to track decisions, changes, timelines and more. When we ran into unforeseen challenges, Matt was a proactive and solution driven leader. In addition, Northpointe contracted only reliable and highly skilled professionals that delivered. For instance, Mike was the leader in framing our home. The sheetrock contractor later came in and commented that whoever framed the house was very precise. It made installing the sheet rock easy.
There are many more examples but suffice it to say that you will love your home when Northpointe builds it – we do! Thank you Matt White and the Northpointe team!

Matt White at Nothponte has done one remodel (Beach Condo) and is working on our second expansion and remodel project for us now. He has always been responsive, realistic, and budget conscious. He took the time to really understand who he is working for, and what the vision for the project was. I would highly recommend him for any project you need a detailed oriented General Contractor for.
