I did a lot of shopping around and ultimately found that Newcoast was one of the most competitive and I was very impressed with their service. Ian Woodward was my loan specialist and he went above and beyond to help through some of the more stressful (and unprofessional) parts of the closing process as our seller/broker were very difficult. Even with a small loan (~$25k) Newcoast gave great service and I'd highly recommend.
